Where should I start from.
A bloomy day, a sad day. My package never arrived but Emily from Hobbs - live chat made my heart flutter.

Despite all the struggle, she helped me draw a smile on my beautiful face and finally can put my head down to rest.
Long story short, she sent me a document to sign and VOILA - awaiting for my dear refund.

Beading Faulty
My mother of the groom dressed arrived with faulty beads. The first chat agent said I could reorder but there was low stock the second agent I chatted with an hour later said there was no stock. Just very disappointed not only in the faulty beading but not being able to order a replacement.

Greta service which matches the quality of Hobbs goods
I had a problem with a jumper, which is unusual for Hobbs, but the issue was dealt with quickly and with no quibbles by Emily (I did provide photographs to show the fault). Quality service equal to their products.
