The colour as as shown in the pictures and the quality is perfect. I usually don’t use cotton yarn because the strand splits easily, but I didn’t have the same problem with Hobbii yarn.

Never had any problems, but now a massive one
Usually never had problems in the 5 orders I placed, but this last one. It took the wrong adress where I never ordered to, I can't find the right adress anywhere like I never put it in. And now I cant cancel my order or modify it. I've sent multiple emails about it, also messages in Instagram or Facebook but no response whatsoever, it is unacceptable you're not able to cancel, I noticed the fault right after ordering and what can I do about it, absolutely nothing, such a shame but I dont think im gonna order again because of this

I ordered two tunisian crochet hooks and they never arrived. I tried to track the parcel after weeks of the items not arriving, only to find out that it had been returned to sender. I never received any notification or a refund!!

I ordered items that were in stock online. I was notified days later that they were not in stock and I would not be receiving them.

It was easy to get goods, however, most of what I needed was not available and so ( without advice or suggestions for other colours) I had to compensate....
Delivery was much slower than expected.

The yarn was packed in a box made of very thin cardboard. It was badly crushed during transportation. Three skeins of yarn fell out of the box.
