Ordered a candle for my mums birthday 21 days in advance to give it plenty of time to arrive and it was still late. I emailed about the delay and didn’t receive any kind of response or apology or explanation. I like to support small businesses and I’m usually quite forgiving but I just can’t accept the complete lack of communication.
I’ve ordered before from the company and had no complaints but this experience has honestly soured my view. I’ve seen other people have the same problem as me and I don’t think it’s acceptable to completely ignore customers who are paying for a product. Very disappointing.
Ordered a candle on 21/12/2023. Got an email on 26/12/2023 saying my order will be delivered in 7 days and apologising for the delay. Today is 23/01/2024 still no sign of a package coming. Sent two emails in asking for a bit of communication, got no response. Honestly think they've just taken my money and disappeared. Really poor service. More than a month later it doesn't even seem like my candle's been dispatched. Save your money and go elsewhere.
My daughter ordered us an anniversary candle a month ago, which has still not arrived, there has been no update on the order status and, despite sending multiple emails, have had no responses. Do not recommend
Super disappointed with the service provided from this company. It’s been almost a month and I still have not had any communication on where my order is. I have tried to contact them multiple ways via Instagram message , email and even comments on posts they are regularly posting.
I ordered a candle on 24/11/2023 for a birthday gift. Two weeks later and no sign of it being dispatched. I contacted the company to be told they are busy and have had personal issues.
I then chased it again a week later as it still hadn’t arrived. At the four week point and still no sign of the candle, I asked for a refund which I’ve been totally ignored.
The item arrived after 4 and a half weeks and low and behold; it isn’t even what I ordered.
I completely appreciate it is a very busy time of year but if you’re running a business, you can’t ignore customers who spend their money with you because you’ve got “personal issues”. These personal issues didn’t see them take a break from trading and taking people’s money…
Can’t even be bothered to tell them the order is wrong because this is a business clearly ran by fools. Do not use, they are amateurs trying to have a go in business and haven’t got a clue.
