Never arrived. It was attempted delivery once then stayed at a random warehouse for months. I asked for a refund multiple times and they said to contact the delivery company. I tried and all o got was a voicemail nin chineese.....when it was returned.to sender I asked for a refund and the only thing they kept saying is to give them a new address and pay like 12$ or something to get it delivered again. Save your money and time and don't buy this shit.

It’s a scam, don’t buy, it doesn’t work and on top the delivery doesn’t happen for months and when you ask for refund they delay or reply the same to everyone - Pay $10.31 to redeliver. When it’s not delivered right the first time it will not be the second time - humble request-don’t buy!

I’ve sent several emails stating that this product is not suitable and causes me pain. Asked for an address to return. No reply!! No replies to any emails so I’ve reported them to ACCC and my bank. Told them I’ll give them the worst review possible if they don’t return my money. As I can’t return best hope is I get my money back for the 2 I ordered. Please don’t fall for this scam folks but judging by what others say, this is unlikely. Wish I had read reviews first. Lesson learnt!

Ditto on the review by Gary Wilson. Poor quality, terrible customer service on trying to return the product. Guarantee and refund adverstising is a sham!

As all other reviews, the item is cheap and useless. I bought mine with a 'full money back guarantee' This is false, the company is very reluctant to give any money back, they choose a place in China for your returns costing nearly the same as the item, so pointless. Customer service is very poor, another large company conning the public and stealing our money. Very disappointed with the product, the returns and the customer service. I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing.

Fell for the Honex scam. I never recieved the product, then when I tried to get them to send it to me thet said the address was impossible to send to and it would cost me more money to get it sent to me.

This company is quite simply crooked, why would organization like Facebook allow them to steal from hard working taxpaying people.

The product is a total waste of money and will not help anyone with sleep apnea. I am having my bank reverse the charge.

Cheap product, didn't fit properly, actually caused me to snore, useless for sleep apnea. DON'T BUY. the reason they only have a 1% return rate is because they make it so difficult to return, must pay shipping to CHINA!

This product is garbage, and the people at the Honeck corporation are very rude, when I tried to return my mouthpiece, it would cost me three times what I paid for it just to return it, and that was no guarantee that it was going to be refunded, they said they would inspect it and make a decision, very poor quality and bad customer service

Steer clear of this company and do not use. They are shambolic to deal with and don't make it easy. Persevere as they make it extremely difficult to get a refund.

I sent this company an email to ask some questions. One about the device itself. The other about their return policy. What's the point of returning an item that can't be resold when international postage from Australia is horrendous? A reputable AU company just asks you to cut it in half/destroy it and submit a picture. I didn't get a reply. I sent that same email another 2 times. No answer. Customer service clearly does not exist.

Absolute rubbish - do not waste your money!

After mistakenly ordered the product within a minute, I canceled it and sent them over a dozen messages saying I want to cancel it. Don't mail it out. I don't want it refund me well. Then they sent me a message saying that it's too late. We already sent it to the shipping department well then send a message to the shipping department to cancel it and so they said you have to wait until you receive it. It's delivered and then we'll issue you refund. Well all they've been doing is harassing me and they won't give the refund. I didn't even receive anything and they still won't give me the refund. They said contact our company that mailed it to you. I said no no that's your problem. I didn't even want it and I told you not to ship it in the first place. You told me once it's delivered now you're saying it's been delivered. I didn't get it. You will refund me. So refund me. It's not my problem but they won't refund me. They're scammers. They're Chinese scammers

Worse product ever. I paid $58.44 and they only want to refund $12.
I lost time from work for not getting enough sleep. My teeth and throat hurt every morning. Do not waste your money like I did.
This is not a reputable company and I sure wish I read all the reviews before I made thiw mistake.

I saw this advertisement on Facebook, I've ordered it rightaway. (Stupid of me) I should of check the rviews before placing an order. The delivered but no item were inside of the plastic package. Seller asked me to send a picture which I did and they offer to send me a free of charge. But it was too late that I've google it for its reviews and this must be a piece of shxx. I've alreay paid thru the Paypal and submitting a claim for it. This is a big Scam. It looks like there is no mechanism to correct it.
