Great Irish service and great quality rad covers + fast delivery
Great service , got a call from delma who helped me with an order issue who was a lovely Irish lady. The rad covers are ideal and a fraction of the price anywhere else. Well worth it. I hope they keep the customer care support in Ireland as it really makes a difference . Covers were delivered within a couple of days

I ordered headboards from HNG over a…
I ordered headboards from HNG over a month ago. After no updates, I contacted them several times asking for a tracking number. Each time, they could not provide one.

When I finally got a real answer, I was shocked: the headboards weren't even made yet, and the manufacturer might have them in September.
HNG took my money with no ability to fulfill the order or even provide basic tracking. Their communication is terrible. Do not buy from them if you actually want to receive your furniture.
Waiting for the refund which I hope to receive soon.
A little update they promised me immediately refund but 5 days later since then still no refund it was over 400 euro they own me they not responding to my email as well .

There was no communication about my delivery. The Peach Tree I received, did not look remotely like what was advertised. I had to start proceddings with my bank before I received any communication.
