Been on a estate managed by this dreadful "management" company for 4 years. Collect money and almost do nothing else. Locks broken for weeks, windows and lights not working. If you manage to get an email response its more than likely a lie with no work carried out. Laws need to be introduced to shut companies like this down and jail time for owners as taking money and lying is fraud.

We gave notice to HML Shaw and have had no response from the Area Manager. We gave them 30 days notice due to breach of contract as no site visits were carried out despite them claiming they were but failed to produce the reports as according to them they were `lost'? Also the reserve fund was depeleted and they were unable to account for the missing funds.

I wrote a review on HML group just now. It was immediately removed. I said they will intimidate elderly women - I am one. 100% true - quite obviously it is true.

I have never come across a company that is so poorly managed and organised. I was sent a deficit bill for the last three years where they have supposedly managed my garden which is about 2 meters square, it is full of plants that don't need attention, they grow back year after year, there is no grass to mow.

The deficit is where they have miscalculated their budgets? Surely at the end of year 1 you would know that there is a shortfall and not wait for three years to send out an accumulative bill, as they also had a shortfall in year 2 and year 3...learning from mistakes come to mind.

Looking at their budgets it does not make sense. I moved onto an estate which initially had 200 hundred households, the charge in 2016 for accountancy according to HML was £800 pounds. The estate has now doubled in size 400 households and the accountancy cost for 2020 is £600, how can that be surely an extra 200 accounts for them to handle and the cost should increase...perhaps they haven't worked that out and it sounds like a finger in the wind calculation! I can go through the rest of their figures which all appear inaccurate and won't bore you with that.

I remember having a piece of Victoria Sponge at the local bakery in 2016, it was cheap, very cheap. I hope they don't realise they under priced it and chase me for the deficit!
