I've been a member of Hold My Hand Wholesale for about a year now, and it's been a genuinely useful resource for learning real estate investing. The membership includes Discord access with live stream calls and courses that cover different strategies for real estate investing.

Hello my name is Christian and my honest opinion on this program is 5 stars because of the genuine live calls every week period. If you wanted a quick answer there you go. If you want more info continue reading. Before I would have given them 4 but 5 with the new updates my opinion has change. I have bought courses before and let me tell you they were much more and expensive than this program. And 1/2 or less of the value. It really is a to good to be true that we don’t take advantage of what it is worth. I am speaking for my self. I can tell you from other courses that I have been part of how frustrating it is to not get help after constant messages, email, etc. specially when your a newbie and are trying to figure things out. They might not have the answer to all of your questions but they sure get back to you. And that is more help than no help. Also I would like to mentioned the community. It is by far the most inspiring part about this program. Whatever excuse you have ones you ask around you will realize it is your excuse that is holding you back. I should mentioned that this program is quite general and we are all learning together at times but this is why it is the best. When someone is so far ahead you cannot understand it discourages you but I bet you will find someone in your level. Now this does not mean theirs not big earners here. I won’t mentioned name but theirs some people in here who are quite wealthy. Also have a plan why you want to get in if is to be a investor, flipper, or buy a house to live in or others I feel this program would help. Finally the resources that are available for you to be successful are great, you need contracts, you need prove of funds, you need contractors, and more , they can find one ? Link up with someone in the group and they may be able to walk the property for you. The connection and showing up is everything and putting the work. I honestly have not been very successful myself but it is not their fault I am currently doing this on the side, but for does people who have put the time the have been rewarded and I am actually shifting more time to it because I realize my mistake. Don’t take my word for it do your own research. And good luck.

Honestly? If you want a "potential 9-5 replacing side hustle" then it's a damn good group to join. It's as the name says "Hold my Hand Wholesale" they hold your hand in wholesaling. All the way, from finding your deals to closing them. The community is awesome, they are very helpful with any questions you may have about the topic. For $20 you get taught a skill that can potentially replace your 9-5, that can also transfer to other business proffessions, and a network of people that you can work with even outside of wholesaling. For me that's a damn good deal.

Ive been with Hold my Hand Wholesale for almost a year now, and ive learned so much. From Wholesaling fix and flips, cash deals, and mortgage takeovers; too building relationships with fellow investors and growing my skills in closing contracts and securing returning clients to work with their buybox. This is a very well established group where you will only flourish the harder you work and utilize the resources theyve created for us.

There is a lot I could say but here are the facts. Firstly (the question everyone wonders about reviews) nobody made or paid me to do this, I’m a real person, simply leaving my real life and honest review about this company.

About me: I am new to the community and have been met with an over abundance of help and assistance. I was in the Army, active duty for 10 years with 3 deployments. I am now out of the Army and working as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the hospital and have been looking into other potential business ventures when I found Richard and Hold My Hand Wholesale!

I joined the community and the course and have been reviewing and studying all the material (which there is a ton of) and let me tell you that I have learned SO MUCH about wholesaling and real estate as a whole, and I had ZERO background in real estate! There is a ton of information (live recordings of calls, quizzes/tests/ and detailed classes) examples of deals, and support that I have felt very good learning everything so far ( yes I have been putting a lot of time into studying so that I can be successful)!!

The community has also been very helpful answering questions and giving insight and real life experience which also helps to educate you and guide you. Richard makes himself very available for everyone and constantly goes above and beyond to help everyone with questions or deals or directing them to the answer they are looking for.

I got coffee the a couple weeks ago with another guy learning how to wholesale and he told me he spent $20,000 on his education. I was FLABBERGASTED. HMHW is $20. The amount of knowledge you have access to here is insane. It's not a one-on-one coaching and you have to make sure you have the discipline to do the work, but if you're a self-motivated person who is willing to learn and be a beginner, it's THE place to be! Fantastic community, kind and funny people. They also keep adding tools and calculators!! They really do make getting started accessible to anyone with an internet connection. I came to this from a completely different industry (the arts?!) and have found the information digestible and easy to put into action. Would recommend to anyone starting from square one on their wholesaling journey!
