Total scam. I was home at the time they said package was delivered. There is no package. No footprints in fresh snow, so quite obviously, there was nothing delivered.

HMG express is partner in crime..I ordered waterfilter on Costco then realised it was fake because amount was changed. Alerted bank of Scam. Tracked delivery complete 9am when it was 6 am. HMG courier's reply email failed as unknown address. So HMG courier is part of Scam.
Bank reimbursed money. Wish they had blocked payments when Alerted.

PS - HMG express. Their contact is by email only and that'o failed to deliver as address not found.

Pure Scam,unable to contact any site it shows.Yes delivered appeared on mine also Don't know if it's worth the effort going further But they need to be stopped.

I can only agree with the reviews below. This is a scam organisation . You wait a very long time for delivery, follow your package online and then get the update DELIVERD. Nothing has been deliverd

35 days after the order, nothing has been received despite tracking saying "delivered". Pure scam, stay away.

Ordered from a website which used HMG for shipping.
5.11.2025 - Shipment inbound in sorting center.
5.12.2025 - "Delivered".

No indication given to say parcel was delivered, such as a delivery form. Cannot contact due to email address having "no mx record found".

If you have ordered something and they have given you HMG Express as the delivery service, CANCEL YOUR ORDER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!

Item never shipped but this company post fake online updates!!! Please beware they create fake websites thinking you order online Item!! Its a scam.. please please call your bank asap refund your money asap!! China an billions dollars shopping scam.. I notice 98% shoppers will not received nothing or refund nothing from there bank account.. because fake websites use an loophole buy time where u can't get your money back.. dont waste online shopping with 3nd party China. The package did not delevered. Itsays that it is, but i have not get it. It says it was delivered 11,00, but I saw that message at. 08,00 same day! Shame on you!!

It is the fake logistics company, because i have all of the records, i didn’t get my parcel and they wrote down your parcel has been delivered. Now i texting to them and do not give me single reply

Beware, they're scammers! They definitely won't deliver the package. The order "moved" for 30 days and now it suddenly shows status "delivered". They are lying, I haven't received the package. No local shipping company has contacted me.

Beware, they're scammers. I ordered shoes and after waiting a month, according to their tracking code, the item was delivered, even though I didn't receive anything. They didn't respond to my email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

It is a SCAM courier platform ! My package was dispatched and I was able to track if for a month and once it said delivered nothing has arrived to my shipment address.
I have contacted them and no answer, they do not care.
Be careful as they seem to have your package under track and control and suddenly it disappears. It is a SCAM, avoid transport with this platform.

I am outraged. Your website has now suddenly updated to say it was “delivered”, twice on the same day - and it has not been delivered.

Very similar experience to the comments by others here. My package has absolutely NOT been delivered. I have received nothing. No knock at the door, no card left, no picture evidence, and no delivery confirmation. This is completely unacceptable - especially after waiting over a month.

I am extremely upset, frustrated, and disappointed. I expect:

Immediate delivery of my shoes, with photo proof and tracking confirmation.

A full refund if the item cannot be properly delivered — no delays, no excuses.

Please treat this with urgency. I expect a response and resolution within 24 hours.

Tried to track my order, information says it was delivered, in two different days, but it was not!
I have cameras and nothing was dropped in my house, no call, nothing!
I want my order or my money back.
