Live chat sent me to a queue that never moves. Email support acknowledged my ticket and never responded again. Been ten days now. Complete radio silence while my withdrawal sits pending indefinitely withotu any communication or update. 😑

Requested self exclusion citing gambling problem. Casino asked me to prove Im not just angry about a loss. Told me to try their responsible gambling tools first. Actively obstructig self exclusion is disgusting behavior period. 😤😞
