Assessment of the processing and support of an order
I got the impression that the order will be taken care of immediately. For example, a product was not available and the credit was issued immediately. This shows that the customer is taken seriously. The interest in whether and when the order was received also proves that the contractor is interested in a clean and correct processing of the order. Overall, very recommendable.
