I’ve had a very positive experience with HIX.AI. It’s easy to use and really helps improve the flow and tone of my writing.

I use it mainly for editing and rewriting, and it consistently makes my content sound more natural and polished. It saves me a lot of time and has become a helpful part of my workflow.

Definitely recommend it to anyone who creates content regularly!

It doesn't feels like a subscription. It feels more like a trial and its too expensive. I thought i can use my one month subscription for a month but i only used it for hours and i didn't even got the chance to use the other features. And it got too much delays also they didn't even responsive about the refund

This is my second review - after posting the first one HIX responded with bogus instructions. THERE IS NO WAY TO UNSUBSCRIBE- THIS IS A SCAM - BE WARNED.
I’m still struggling to unsubscribe and have been charged 14.99 since June 2025.

I did create a presentation on AI Pilot and I must say in the first attempt itself it made a masterpiece. Flawless presentation ready to be presented to execs.

I have used the HIX humanizer service since 2024, and it has served me well so far. I have tried several other humanizers but none come close to the quality of output I get from HIX. I would like to thank the company for continuously improving its tool and ensuring that it is able to bypass the most advanced detectors in the market. Keep up the good work.

The user friendly interface as well as clear guidelines make it a favorable platform among others.

DO NOT buy their "Unlimited" plan. Their pricing page and marketing are highly misleading and operate like a bait-and-switch scam.

I subscribed to the "HIX AI Unlimited" plan, which clearly advertises "Unlimited standard credits/month" alongside a limited number of "Advanced credits". However, the moment my advanced credits ran out, my ENTIRE account was locked.

Here are the massive red flags about this platform:

Fake Unlimited Promise: Even though I supposedly have "unlimited" standard credits left, the system refuses to generate anything. It keeps throwing a "You've reached your advanced credit limit" error for every single action.

Broken UI / Intentional Block: The platform's interface doesn't automatically restrict you to standard models when you run out of advanced ones. It just blocks you completely. You have no way of actually using the "unlimited" features you paid for.

Useless Customer Support: When I reached out to support, they tried to explain that standard credits only apply to certain models. But they completely ignored the fact that their platform doesn't let me select those models anymore! Instead of fixing their false advertising or fixing my account, they offered a pathetic "2k extra words" as a goodwill gesture.

As a Singapore-based company, they are clearly violating basic consumer protection and fair trading laws (like the CPFTA). I am actively filing a chargeback with my bank for "services not rendered/misleading advertising" and reporting them to the relevant consumer authorities.

Stay away from HIX AI. If you run out of advanced credits, your "unlimited" plan becomes a $0 value account instantly.

All behaves like a scam I pay 275,88 $ annually for nothing. Helpdesk does not work. Warning

I created my account using Apple (iCloud) login. After logging in, I purchased the monthly subscription by entering my card details manually (not Apple Pay).

The payment was successfully charged from my card, but my account still shows as “Free”. It seems that my payment was not properly linked to my Apple (iCloud) account.

I attempted to subscribe to HIX.AI after clicking a “Buy now” button that clearly advertised a price of $15 per month. After clicking “Buy now,” I was required to log in using my Gmail account. At no point during or after this login process was I shown a final confirmation screen displaying a $59 charge.

Immediately after logging in, the transaction was initiated and my card was charged $59, which did not match the price shown when I agreed to the purchase. I did not explicitly consent to this higher amount.

I contacted Stripe, the payment processor, and they confirmed that they cannot issue refunds or intervene on pricing disputes. Stripe stated that only the merchant can issue a refund and that there is nothing they can do on their side to resolve the issue.

This leaves the customer entirely dependent on the merchant’s goodwill, despite a misleading checkout flow and a clear price discrepancy.

Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious and to carefully verify pricing before proceeding, as resolution options are extremely limited once the charge is processed.

I did everything written in the instructions to cancel the subscription. I pressed the button, wrote an email, but I didn't see the money. It's $200.

I accidentally made a wrong transaction. I have already cancelled it, but I have not received any reply to my email for the past 3 days. If there is no response from you, I will report this matter to the police, stating that your company is a scammer in Singapore.

I am requesting a full refund because I clicked the transaction by mistake. The payment was made through Google Pay I did not enter any card number myself. Please return my money as soon as possible. If not, I will report this matter to the police.

My Experience with HIX.AI — Please Be Careful

I subscribed to HIX AI Unlimited for one month, and after the month ended, I decided not to continue. However, the platform repeatedly tried to charge my card for a very high amount (USD 479.88), even though I did not authorize any renewal.

What bothered me most was:

=> There was no option to remove my card details from my account

=> No clear option to stop the recurring payment

=> Payments were being attempted without my approval

This created a lot of stress and inconvenience for me. I’m sharing my experience so others can be careful before adding their card or choosing a plan.

I had accidently clicked on the subscription & there was no additional step to confirm but my payment went through my CC. I had immediately cancelled it but didnt receive any notifications / email until I had to write in only to be told that it is after 3 days! I said it was cancelled literally minutes after I had accidently clicked.. it is not a small amount as it is for a year's subscription! The Presentation part worked so well months ago but now it totally hasnt worked to generate the PPT despite trying all the ways it has requested. This is extremely disappointing & the main reason I'll never pay for the service as they've not resolved the issue.

These companies are one of the most scamming companies that are after users’ money. I wish I had read the reviews here; I would have saved my hard-earned $39.99. I paid for video AI generation — guess what, their tool does not follow prompts. And after all, my subscription is unlimited, but after only one prompt, my credit is gone. I contacted them to refund my money, or we’re going to fight you with a serious bot attack that will crash your app. Criminal AI video does not work.

I bought a subscription for their gpt browser extension, the payment was made but the subscription is not activated, I sent an email to support, no response. So I asked for a refund, so again no response and the cherry on the cake they want to charge me an annual subscription of more than €800, what is this? and why don't they respond to the email from customer support
