Seriously, Hivelocity is the best thing that happened to us server wise.
These guys are the best, I mean best server config, best pricing , the best support.

The support team is not good
The support team is not good, they always put in my face that I have some few hours of support and I need to pay more to have more support, but I never know how many hours I have, it's not clear. Many times I lost time because support team not read all the ticket to understand the problem. I avoid ask help, because, almost always I have headache. The service is stable, only the support need to improve.

Hivelocity customer for over 10 years
I have been a Hivelocity hosting customer for over 10 years. Started with their HSPHERE shared hosting and eventually shifted to Dedicated Servers...Linux, CloudLinux and Windows servers. On the rare occasions that I have need support, I have found the Hivelocity Support team to be responsive, diligent and knowledgeable. I would recommend Hivelocity anyone. Five Stars!
