i made a mistake in my order and realized it AFTER i got my shirts from Hivebabe. When i wrote to Hivebabe about my mistake they were quick to respond that they’d send me the items i really wanted and not to worry about sending back the originals !!!

Ordered a sweater in December. Wrong color arrived, and merchant refused to exchange for correct color claiming it was out of stock. This was false, as the color is still available for sale on the website. They offered a partial refund, refund was never issued. Would not recommend purchasing from this site.

Helped fix my issue quickly
I had an issue with my order (skirt was way too short to cover my bottom) so I asked for a replacement in a much bigger size. Hivebabe was able to help me get a replacement skirt for a nominal fee which I much appreciate. Fingers crossed the new size is long enough :)

Valentines Day
After I realized I purchased my daughter the wrong color sweatshirt for Valentines Day, I reached out by email to them.
