Default Payment link kept coming up with errors so my customers cant pay by credit card. Last month it wasnt an issue. I cant get anyone to respond via email or text and they have no phone number to call. Got no notification of a suspended account just and error saying "failed to initiate #DS Challenge)

I had one transaction with them and immediately suspended my account for further review. I waited few days tried to contact them, no response. Im still waiting to get my money back, they simply ignore every communication and never get back to you

They simply disable your acc and you are not able to get back your money.

Very stupid people simply they just disable your acc and you can not get your money back you see what they stupid says:

They just simply disable your acc and tell you to continue accepting payment even you can not get your current payment

Be aware this is not a legit company. They are scammers. They increase the fees without prior notification. They lock funds illegally. They don't tell the results of chargebacks. The customer service is crappy. Most employees working for this company are incompetent including the CEO himself. I am preparing a lawsuit against these scammers. For those of you who are interested in class lawsuit, let me know.

i signed up went through a verification process and was approved. i had my first payment processed of 983.00 on 7/13/23. 1st payment was suppose to have been deposited within 7-15 days. 15 days later my account is on hold. i contacted them and was told someone would contact me in a day. never received a response. my customer is harassing me because they thought i was stealing their money. on 8/1/23 i went to login to refund the customer money back but my account was closed. no response or notification. the customer has not received their money back from hitpay. i asked upon why they did that on their facebook and instagram page they immediately blocked and deleted me. they are in the business of fooling people to sign up, take their payments and shut them out of the system and do everything they can so no one else will know so they can keep getting victims. as of right now they stole 983.00 from someone with no repurcussion.

Not only did their customer support team fail to address my queries, but they also suspended my account without offering any reasons or explanations. This disregard for communication and customer satisfaction is extremely disappointing.

Initially, I reached out to Hitpay's support team to resolve an issue with my account. Despite repeated attempts to contact them through various means, including email and phone, I received unprofessional responses. It's incredibly frustrating to be left without assistance or acknowledgement of my concerns.

To compound the issue, Hitpay suspended my account without any warning or notice. The lack of transparency regarding the suspension is unprofessional and disrespectful to their customers.
