I recently purchased HitPaw and was very satisfied with the features. The installation was smooth and the user interface is easy to use. Even though I encountered a problem with the license unbind limit, the customer support responded quickly and offered a fair solution. I appreciate their prompt help and willingness to resolve the issue. Now I feel confident continuing to use HitPaw on another computer. Highly recommended!

I have used this product for my video edits, audio edits and best to make music and videos. I am a 25 year old dj and love this product. I have 5 dj friends also using this product and love it. Set up your music with bpm only or accapella edit. Video edits is amazing and easy to use… Try this product and you will see why we all love it… also note: you can edit pictures with background removal., bye bye hard to use picture editing software. This product has so many weapons to use and price is so affordable.. you will love this product..

I downloaded the app to enhance a photo, signing up for a one month subscription for $34.28 which was due to expire on 12-28-25. I then received an email stating that my card was going to be charged for 79.99 due on 12-06-25 for an additional service I did NOT order. Fortunately I was able to cancel it before the charge went through. Totally unscrupulous!

Really powerful & creative tool for video editing!

I’ve been using HitPaw for a while, and overall I’m impressed with how beginner-friendly and powerful it is.

The software was really easy an intuitive to use. The support team was quick to respond to my email with help.

I bought the lifetime license for Hitpaw Vikpea and for some reason the software stopped working in less than 2 months. Hitpaw staff have been working with me in an attempt to fix the problem and they have been very quick in their responses. I really like Vikpea's general restoration model as it is better than even the Topaz models for many videos when doing a 1x enhance, which is simply incredible. I tested almost a dozen different AI Video enhance/upscale software and I've been using Topaz and Hitpaw primarily for different but I've been using Hitpaw's general restoration model the most since I purchased this because it is so good and relatively fast.

It's confirmed! This is a complete scam company. On November 12th, they emailed me saying they would arrange a refund, but the promised time has long passed and I still haven't received it! I have their email evidence. Please, everyone, do not buy their products. None of the functions advertised on their website work, and there is absolutely no possibility of a refund. Please, everyone, do not buy from them!!!

I have been using HitPaw FotorPea for the past year to improve the quality of photos of all kinds – in either color or black & white – that are blurry or low resolution or require clean-up/restoration. The settings allow for output appropriate for the various use and function – fun/playful or realistic/professional. I have tried other products but have found HitPaw FotorPea to be consistently effective in achieving the quality of correction and output that I am seeking. And I continue to learn about new features and capabilities. Highly recommended!

Great Software
Easy to use and most importantly great customer support

This software is a total scam, their product does not work, they will refuse a refund even when your reasons are within their policy, and they will be malicious to the customer when you ask for one. Do not risk giving them your money.

Support team quickly repplied with an exceptional offer, but sadly the software its not up to the task or the performance it promises. But far from being able to correct footage quality, might have good uses for unexperienced users with no robust expectactions

Edimakor looks like a very useful product for filmakers.Good support service,with very quick answer.

What started out as a little hobby project for my daughter, to clone her late grandfathers voice to say lovely things she missed hearing. I myself was genuinely happy hearing his voice again.

I was able to hit the ground running, without having to spend days in training. I found the layout to be intuitive and easy to use. I particularly liked the way I could just drag and drop my animations, voice and background sounds onto the film reels in the lower screens. It gets the job done.

I contacted them as I needed to change my email address (the registered one has been transferred to a new company and is no longer available).

Despite having paid for a perpetual licence, they said I could not move my licence to a new account... UNLESS

'you can submit a 5-star review for our service and send the review screenshot to us, we will change another account for free.'

In my book, this is blackmail!

With wikpea my old camcorder videos quality has significantly improved.
Their Product Support team respond very quickly to any questions which Is appreciated.
