Improves performance!
Just did a T100 Triathlon and it stayed for the full race.

Bottom Line: Histrips failed their main selling point within 15 minutes. Buy Breathe Right instead - same performance, half the price, no shipping wait.

My Experience: High Hopes, Major Letdown
Background: UK-based BJJ practitioner who waited weeks for delivery, excited by their “sweat-resistant” marketing claims.

The Test: Light Brazilian Jiu Jitsu warm-ups (10-15 minutes)

The Result: Strip peeling off from minimal sweat - complete failure of their core promise.

What Went Wrong
❌ Marketing vs. Reality Gap
• They claimed: “Resilient and sweat resistant” - their main differentiator
• Reality: Couldn’t handle basic perspiration any better than drugstore alternatives
❌ Poor Value Proposition
• Premium pricing for standard performance
• Weeks of shipping delays to UK
• Same adhesive quality as products 1/3 the price
❌ Athlete-Focused Brand That Can’t Handle Athletics
If your product is marketed to active people but fails during a gentle warm-up, you’ve missed the mark entirely.
When They Might Work
• Sleeping (no sweat factor)
• Very light exercise (walking, casual yoga)
• Sedentary activities
My Honest Recommendation
Buy Breathe Right instead. Identical performance, widely available, much cheaper. Don’t waste weeks waiting for an overpriced product that doesn’t deliver.

For UK buyers: Save yourself the shipping time and disappointment - stick with proven alternatives available at any Boots or pharmacy.

Rating: 2/5 - The branding looks nice, but that’s where the value ends.
Would I buy again? Absolutely not.

Yes very satisfied. Definitely has been a game changer during my conditioning workouts. I also use them to sleep and it makes a huge difference.

Honestly, I wasn‘t too sure about this. My nose breathing isn‘t any good, so I gave HiStrips a try. And it works. I use HiStrips for my running workouts and sleeping and my snorring almost vanished. Great product, I will continue using HiStrips.

Strips stay on 6-8 hours over night. Waking up less. So breathing is better.

Hello, to be honest, my personal opinion of nasal strips is very good. I have noticed a significant improvement, especially when running continuously, in my breathing, making it much easier and helping to reduce fatigue just by using them. The new ones, perhaps because I don't put them on properly, have come off more than the previous model.

As for the nasal sprays and mouth strips, I'm also happy with them, although I haven't noticed as much of a difference as with the strips. I'll keep trying the mouth strips for sleeping and see if I notice a difference over time, or at least my partner tells me I snore less.

Compared with other nose strips the HiStrips stay on my nose for the a full night, and even when sweating during cycling.

Nothing arrived. They will not refund. Scamed for a month and got nothing. DO NOT BUY. Marketing shananigans with them.

I ordered these nose strips a couple months ago and despite following the instructions, they just didn't stay on during a workout or even when I sleep at night. I have oily skin but it's not THAT oily.

I emailed customer service and they gave me the typical run around (messages were generic, directing me to their return policy (they don't do returns) and refund policy (they say they don't do refunds)). But I kept pressing and let them know I wasn't having it. I did end up getting a refund after four or five back and forth emails.

They didn't want the product back. So I've been using them for sleep only now and I have to say, despite my initial complaints, ... No, yeah, they still don't stick on and I am just throwing them away. They suck and I'm beside myself angry at how I keep hoping that if I follow the instructions, I can get through a full night with the tape still attached to both sides.

I put my subscription on hold, but the system didn’t register it. As a result, a new order was generated just one week after the previous one. Who would want to receive two packs of 25 strips within such a short time frame?
I had to cancel my subscription altogether to prevent further issues. The service definitely needs improvement, especially in handling subscription pauses.

We wanted to test the mouth strips but didnt dare and now we could as it was our mistery gift . To bad it takes so long to ship.

Awful company - failure to deliver product then failure to provide customer service that listens and uses common sense or take responsibility for their couriers. Do not use this company!!

I've have used another company before but does not compare to this product. Really happy , I would recommend it for sure

First time trying nose strips and glad I chose HiStrips. Used it for a very hot 1 hour crit race and didn’t come off, when I eventually did take it off it felt like I had a blocked nose even though I didn’t! The strips did take a while to arrive, but they were transparent about this. Will definitely order again.

breathing during sleep increased a lot, as well with exercising such as running and cycling, I feel like I have more stamina and lower heart rate so very pleased with that. Only 'negative' point is that I tore off some skin on my nose by taking it off in the morning so I'll need to let it heal before I can use it again. Overall big improvement on breathing/sleeping/working out.

As a super heavy sweater these strips are the best on the market. Key is to use an alcohol wipe before putting them on, but they work wonders. Highly recommend
