The order was easy, fun and simple to create, but there were so many errors I had errors in the shirt size I had errors in the delivery address and ultimately I never received the shirt out of 40 bucks with no shirt

The image quality is so shitty
The image quality is so shitty. The pictures are blotchy and just look dim and mucky. The only reason I gave a star is because the material does feel nice and the delivery was quick when i paid extra. Overall was disappointed with the images and quality of the design.

We loved the outcome
We loved the outcome! It was amazing. One thing that be worked on is the brightness of the image added to shirts. Just a tad bit on the added look. But overall LOVED it!

They sent a proof and I did not approve it. When I asked for a return label, crickets. No acknowledgement that there were error and SHIPPED the product without approval. Caveat emptor!!!

Cropped the wrong person out of one of my pictures, so there is another girl on the shirt I was going to give to my boyfriend despite clear instructions. Disappointed. Otherwise the shirt came on time.

To be honest
To be honest, I’m a little disappointed. The shirt was very costly for the final product I received. I got a 2x shirt expecting the pictures to be large to cover shirt but it was just a small square of pics on the shirt. So it just wasn’t what I expected based on the pictures I’ve seen. The resolution and quality didn’t come out well. This was a gift for my husband and while it was meant to be cute and funny, it just didn’t land the way I hoped. A friend of mine ordered a similar product on Amazon for half the cost and it came out so cute. I wish I had known about that option.

The most disappointing thing
If I could put 0 stars I probably would. I placed an order 4th of February, everything was going well. They sent me the picture to confirm and I wanted to change few things which they did in 24 hours. That was on the 8th of February. Now it’s 17th and I never heard anything after that. No update that my shipment was being processed or shipped. I was in contact with the through their support email at first when I first placed the order but they have not responded since the 8th. I’ve sent two emails and a message on instagram and no response. I also paid for “fast shipping” or whatever they call it. Which obviously is not doing its job. This is really frustrating and disappointing as I was going to gift this and also I read the comments about this company and most of them were good. Maybe they have a lot of orders going on but at least they can do is let me know that there are delays in the orders so I will not think that they robbed me of my money. Because as of now that is exactly what I think. Please if you are working at this company could you ship me my order or just refund me.

Fit is pretty questionable
Fit is pretty questionable. And the screen printing is not very good quality. It’s pixelated. Cool concept, though. Shipping was incredibly fast!

Original review: The first shirt I received wasn’t the size I ordered so I emailed to let them know and requested they send the right size. Their customer service acknowledged the email and said that they would review with their team, but they never actually communicated their solution so I was left hanging until the size what I actually ordered arrived in my mailbox.
