I wish I would’ve been notified about some of the photos being blurry instead of the company just printing. Half of them are so blurry. Probably won’t get worn. Disappointed after spending a good amount on this.

Ordered a shirt for my husband for Father’s Day and it turned out SO GOOD. Better than expected. Once I received it, I went back and ordered one for my mom with all her grandkids on it.

I ordered a custom item from them. They sent an email that my order was confirmed and that I will get an email with tracking soon. This was the one and only email I ever received from them. 2 weeks later I emailed support asking if my order was coming. They said it was delivered. I never received an email saying it shipped, I never received a tracking number or even an email that it was delivered. I live in an apartment so I am not checking the mailroom every day for a package. So my package was sitting there for however long and I had no idea it had even shipped.

Recieved the wrong item late. Complete waste of money

I was very impressed with the quality of the shirt and how well all the pictures came out! They put them in the perfect arrangement! When I wore it on Mother's Day my wife loved it!

I clicked on a Mother’s Day ad stating order before it was too late. I ordered on 5/3

The shirt came on 5/14

I’m not even going to use the shirt anymore. Thanks for wasting my time and taking my money to not deliver within what your ad stated.

My product never arrived, and I was not given a refund.

The quality of 4 of the 6 pictures are so dark you can’t even see the imagine but the proof that was sent, looked perfect. Not what I was expecting and very disappointed with my purchase

I was sent the wrong shirt and customer service has been very poor in communication. Still no answers on next steps.

I got the same reaction as the IG ads, when people saw it. However: 1) you don’t get to preview your design. When I got my shirt, one of the images was EXTREMELY dark. Way darker than the pic I sent. I would’ve thought they would lighten it, unless they aren’t skilled enough to do so. Seems like a basic ability to me. 2) when trying to start a conversation about remedying it, they told me I had to send $12 to get a new, fixed one. This is on top of the $50 I spent (including the expedited shipping). 3) they market this as being on a high quality tshirt. It’s a Gildan tee, which is $4 at Walmart. Not sure who their competitors are, but I would consider someone else for this type of product, based on my experience.

I got the t shirt and the faces were too dark on a black shirt. I would have preferred to have picked another color.

It says gonna deliver today , now it’s 9.30 pm in Canada still I didn’t receive. Since I thought it’s gonna received today I had a planned to surprise my girl but now , I don’t think that’ll get my t-shirt today , credibility is gone already
