After having to contact customer service because of an error in sending the incorrect machine, I can't speak highly enough of Edwin in being prompt with his responses and his willingness to rectify the problem by sending me the correct one within 24 hours. His customer service skills have been exemplary. When I receive the machine I will come back and review it and give 5 stars. Thank you Edwin.

If I could rate them zero stars, I would. No/ zero communication from them. No response to any of my emails

The support center will not reply for a Broken Machine out of the box .

Oil or something similar to that statement to look real

I tried four times to contact them through Email ? It’s been 11days !
If the customer service was so great why is their phone number NOT supplied ?
I’m so happy to send it back , Make sure you purchase it through Amazon , it can be returned and if the company does not answer amazon , I think in several days Bam Amazon Refunds . The parts that are suppose to hold this very strong solid steel stands are made from cheap pot Metal casting . They won’t tighten and the stand is not secure . If it’s tightened too much I’m thinking the casted parts will break if a flash as usual with that cheap material .
No set screw ?

Good product, good customer support. Only wish is that the thrust arm had a bit more support as the engine losses power under weight. Maybe add some bearings around the hole the arm you screw in goes through. It would improve the efficiency and torque at lower speeds.

Received the product, used it once and now it won't turn off, it's stuck on hi-speed, tried contacting them via the web site, the web form is broken, emailed them twice @ service-at-hismith.co.uk, no reply.

Very disappointing for a company selling a premium product.

The hismith premium machine and customer service are outstanding. Worth every penny and would recommend them any time. After purchasing and different brand 6 mths ago, not only a waste of money but very disappointed. This purchase was a excellent one. Thank you!

Really excited about receiving my Hismith machine! Had a bad experience with an "American" vendor and had to start all over again. So far the buying experience has been WAY better, but have not received my machine just yet. Will update this review to 5 stars if things go as planned :D.

I've been thinking about ordering one of these for years after seeing it at a show in Vegas. I just purchased one tonight and made a small mistake during ordering. Instantly, someone was able to help me fix it at no cost. I really love how fast they responded. Also, their website is super helpful with lots of videos and blog links to pick out exactly what you need. It's a big purchase you can't really chat to other about, so it's nice having lots of demos.

Haven’t received the package yet, but the customer service is great. The chat assistance on the website is very helpful and when you can reach anyone on it you just leave your email and they get back to you quickly. I wanted to upgrade my shipping after I had already made my purchase and they were very helpful in accomplishing that. I will write another review about the package after I have received it.

Bundle I bought is described as "Hismith Premium Sex Machine With Bundle Attachments - App Controlled With Remote." Sounds like you can control it with your phone app, right? WRONG!! After waiting 30 days of back and forth with "Edwin" via chat and email, I was finally told I needed to spend another $100 (in addition to the $543 original cost) for the "app remote controller." So, now I'm out $643. Sixty days have gone by, and I still can't use the product.

Very powerful and quiet. Quality heavy duty build. Have bought other machines in the $100 - $130 price range before and wound up throwing them out. This Hismith Premium Sex Machine is the one to get (the plate edition or the ones with the legs). The KlicLok attachments work great - you will likely need an extension and a spring attachment (both an additional $30) but well worth it for something that actually is a quality build that works.

I am impressed at how solid this machine is. I have to admit, I was hesitant at the price tag, but after receiving it I can tell the quality of the machine is top notch. Less expensive machines from other manufacturers are made mostly from plastic, and plastic wears out quickly. After hearing from a friend that a plastic machine he purchased from another manufacturer broke within six months, I knew I didn’t want to have to replace a poorly made one. This product is made from heavy duty materials and appears to be very well made. Most everything is made from metal, which should be less likely to break down the road.

I am very appreciative of the customer service that I received from Edwin. As this was the first time I have purchased a product like this, I had a couple of questions. Edwin was able to answer them in a timely manner.
