Not answering emails, charged me for a subscription that i never wanted! 45€!
Ordered some stupid credit card stiker and never received it!
STAY AWAY from TSUKA and HIROTSUKA shop.
My bank told me they are situated in France.

Scam do not order from here. Only wanted a phone case, ended up with a subscription I didn’t agree to. £45 taken out of my account and wasn’t to my knowledge. An absolute joke

I ordered a mobile phone cover that arrived after 2 weeks. Its okay.

Been waitin on 1 sticker that I wanted and all of a sudden I am on a subscription plan???? I reached out to them and they say no refunds. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE A HOLES.

Negative rating - the product was not as advertised. It was clearly advertised as carefully hand crafted and all I got was all the pieces on poor quality printed paper

Complete scam that charges you 34.99 dollars a month that you have never signed up for - after you have bought their truly shi-t product which dos not in ANY way live up to the images on the website and which you have to collect yourself.

Can confirm this is a scam. Do not buy. The Diorama is an over priced piece of plastic you have to assemble and is worth more like $5. Then they make it impossible to cancel the subscription that they don't tell you that they've signed you up for until its too late.

Scammers. They charge you 35 dollars for a non existing subscription. Product also not as the one in the picture. AVOID

Scam site, I purchased a product and received only a piece of the complete product, then they made me pay another 35$ for a presumed subscription.. I ended up paying 70$ for nothing at all.. BEWARE!!

Complete scam posing as a real company. False advertised a display cube. THEN they actually charge an auto subscription as part of your transaction in small print. Even though I cancelled my membership they still charged me.

Looks like i got fooled in the same way everyone else did. I made a purchase online and they secretly put me on a subscription using the card provided for the original purchase. There was no indication of this subscription until i saw the transaction come out on my credit card, i IMMEDIATELY sent them an email to notify them that the subscription was not intended. They replied & pretended to be dumb, didnt acknowledge my request and charged my credit card anyway. When i followed up they just responded with "sorry no refunds"

Do not order. Big scam. The product (cube) arrived but I had to cut everything myself and glue everything on..also the quality of the images were very bad.
2 week after I got a mail with another order confirmation but I didn't order anything. Turned out that I made a monthly subscribtion without knowing! They take your money, pay attention!!

J'ai commandé un cube Diorama Pokemon qui devait arrivé monté. Je l'ai reçu mais je dois l'assembler et couper/coller les images moi-même. Un cube à 34 euros! En plus, ils chargent une sorte de souscription à un abonnement que je n'ai pas demandé. Pas de réponse aux mails envoyés...

I ordered a Pokemon Diorama cube which was supposed to arrive all build. Well : I have to assemble it myself, cut and paste the images on my own! I payed 34 euros for this. Plus, they are charging customers with some sort of subscription for which we never applied for... No answers to my sent emails...
