My experience with Hiring Hub was extremely disappointing and frankly unprofessional. They abruptly arranged a call only to bluntly state that they are not bringing more people on board, with no prior communication or context.
The way this was handled was rude and dismissive. There was no respect for my time, no courtesy, and no attempt to communicate in a professional manner. It felt abrupt and poorly managed.
This kind of behaviour reflects very badly on the company. I would strongly caution others before engaging with Hiring Hub.

I would actively discourge any firm looking to provide a high quality service to avoid Hiring Hub. We had realistic expectations from the start, but even with a low bar HH managed to come in even lower. A massive case of over-promising and under-delivering, the 30 roles they take on per month in our specialist area was about 5, and with 10-12 suppliers you can see the odds. The actual recruiting experience equates to the worst case of multi-agency bun fights, which rarely produce the best employer outcomes, do produce an awful candidate experience, and ends up wasting a lot of the recruiters time, let alone a lot of money. To be honest it felt like a bit of a sinking ship, no new clients, every person I've ever spoken to at HH has left within a year, so to recruiters I suggest there are better ways to go, and to employers, I would recommend you try other means as you can honestly do your recruitment much better than just aiming for a bum on a seat
Hiring Hub have been great to partner with. Our recruitment agency started working with them in January 2025 and made our first placement in March. The platform is easy to use, with good opportunities coming through regularly.
The Account Managers are very helpful and are accessible so they can support you and push your candidates to the hiring teams.
You can effectively work on the roles you like and control your workflow.

Thank you for your response, this the most communication I have had with whoever wrote it. I have since been blocked by Mark the CEO threatened legal action but it is them who took my money. All I asked was for a refund due to horrendous service and Lie after Lie all of which I have the messages and emails. Regarding backing up my claims the £10,000 I paid you was for your system to submit candidates with all there details on hmmmm smells a bit fishy. I will continue until I get my refund, One of the placements made was worth more than the £10,000 but i didnt get that either I will do what I can to stop companies like this take advantage of small businesses

To keep working with my client I had to "accept" that hiring hub was suddenly "part of the game". In the beginning the communication was nice, eventhough the account manager was obviously unable to explain the added value and the reason why I have to pay for their "service". After working on the first few projects the experience became really bad. Invoices need to be send to hiring hub to get processed but eventhough I received a written confirmation that they`ve received everything, we didn`t receive payment for more than 6 months. Communication was also horrible as they stopped replying at all at some point. But undoubtedly the best thing at all is a hiring hub email at the end of the year, telling me that they will increase their service fees from January 2025. However, I wouldn`t ever use this platform again if it was my choice.
My original review of the product was 5 stars after a quick and easy implementation process, then the experience turned south from there.
To start the volume and quality of the opportunities wasn't great, lack of communication from the platform didn't help as well, it was me always chasing the account managers or hiring managers. The speed of feedback at all stages was extremely slow on almost all roles. I was always asking for areas of improvement to increase engagement and although given the face time, on occasions, it never really transpired and this was after giving Hiring Hub a successful lead to help grow their volume of opportunities. I was given 3 months of the platform for free but barely got a tangible role to work in that time.
They have had staffing structural changes and it didn't help at all in fact it took the emphasis away from their core customer which is the agency, which is key to remember when looking to purchase access to the platform.
To understand the business model of HH is where you see its flaws, see to grow the business they need more agencies, that is there core revenue stream. This means there will always be an emphasis on creating more competition by getting more agencies on the platform and even though I was told they weren't taking on more agencies in my area of specialism it transpired they were actively promoting it, don't fall for the 'we only have 1 more space in this field' trick. I implore anyone looking to invest in the platform to view it as the money that is invested is a gamble, I lost on the gamble and some may win but I believe more often than not you will feel left over promised and under delivered, as the competition will only increase as the year go by.
We joined hiring hub a month ago and it was one of our best business decisions to date! The team were great when we enquired about what hiring hub was and how it worked and explained everything to us and made sure we were happy with everything before signing up. We had a great induction and have had lots of support since. It’s an amazing system and we feel that it’s really fair as we have been given great opportunities to work on roles. I’ve never had to wait to hear back from any of the role/account managers when I have had any questions. If like us you’re unsure if to make the investment do it! We wish we did a long time ago.

Below is our experience after 9 months of using Hiring Hub as a recruitment agency under an annual subscription. This feedback is provided to Hiring Hub with the intention of enhancing its platform and elevating it to the next level. Additionally, it serves as guidance for future recruiters or recruitment agencies, aiming to establish clear expectations for them.
Unresponsive Clients: One major challenge we've encountered in the hiring hub as a recruitment agency is the prevalence of unresponsive clients on their platform. Despite investing significant time and effort into headhunting and interviewing candidates for projects, we often face situations where clients do not respond or inform us after the fact that the position has been filled internally, or sometimes they will never interview the candidates or look at the CVs for no reason.
Miscommunication and Engagement Errors: On some occasions, we've experienced cases on Hiring Hub where clients initially accepted our engagement on a project, and then the Hiring Hub account manager later informed us that our engagement was a mistake. This has resulted in wasted time and effort on our part since we started working on projects immediately after being engaged.
Late Payments: The payment process on Hiring Hub has also presented challenges for us. Following successful placements, we've observed a significant impact on our cash flow due to delayed payment terms. Furthermore, payments may be further delayed, extending to 60 days, particularly during holiday periods. Additionally, we find the deduction of a considerable percentage from our earnings unjust, especially considering the high annual subscription fee they charge.
Sudden Account Suspension: They suspended our account completely, claiming we had breached the platform, of which we were unaware. They should have at least informed us or provided a notification before suspending it entirely. We have ongoing communication with clients and candidates being interviewed by our clients. We are now unable to communicate, manage our current work, or apply for new projects. This is a complete waste of time and effort.
The platform is so user friendly and everything is in one place. Holly has been fab, weekly calls to check I'm ok and all is going well and the recruiters have been really responsive.
Really enjoy working with Hiring Hub. Thank you to the whole team. However, a special mention to Elliot who I have had the pleasure of working with on many jobs this year, always so helpful, timely and diligent.
