Extremely disappointing experience with Hire Publishers

I am sharing this review based on my personal experience with Hire Publishers.
I paid approximately ₹20,000 for publication services for two research papers, based on the representations and commitments communicated to me regarding publication in Scopus-indexed journals.
After making the payment, the publication process did not proceed as represented. I subsequently tried repeatedly to contact the concerned representative, Lucas Bram, through calls and messages to seek clarification and a resolution. Unfortunately, my calls and messages have not received a satisfactory response.
I have retained the payment records, correspondence, messages, and other documents relating to the transaction.
As a researcher, I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I am posting this review to make other researchers and scholars aware of my experience and to encourage them to independently verify the journal, Scopus indexing status, publisher, publication terms, deliverables, and refund conditions before making any payment.
I hope Hire Publishers will respond to this matter and provide a proper resolution regarding the amount paid and the services promised.
This review represents my personal experience and is based on records and communications available to me.
