Fantastic Service

We first brought Michaella on as an Executive Assistant, but she has very quickly become so much more than that. She’s made a huge difference to the way our team works day-to-day. She takes on all the essential but time-consuming tasks, so the rest of us can stay focused on our customers and growing the business. It’s hard to remember how we managed without her!
Michaella has also become an important part of our sales and marketing efforts. From generating leads and managing broker platforms to putting together our monthly newsletters, she jumps into everything with enthusiasm and delivers fast, high-quality results.
The whole process with HireHarbour has been smooth, and communication has always been excellent. Having Michaella on our team has genuinely been a blessing. She’s proactive, reliable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We truly appreciate her and honestly, we all just love her!

An Invaluable Addition to Our Team

Working alongside our HireHarbour EA has been a huge benefit to the way we operate. She quickly took ownership of time-consuming tasks such as receipt tracking, expense reconciliation, account and password management, and managing our shared mailbox.

Beyond her EA responsibilities, she supports us with lead generation, sales outreach, broker platform management, and monthly newsletters. This has freed up a significant amount of time for us to focus on managing sites, engaging with customers, and driving sales.

One standout example was when she researched potential partnerships across multiple boroughs and councils, providing us with qualified leads in just a week. Since then, she has become an integral part of our sales and marketing efforts, always delivering results efficiently and with initiative.

Hireharbour are the essential scaling partner for growing a team!

The Hireharbour team have done a brilliant job in finding, training, nurturing and onboarding great talent. Disney joined us 3 months ago and has been a great addition to the team. She supported with my diary management, special projects (Research, excel, creating leads magnets) and is working with me on improving our AI capabilities of our organisation.

Excellent, value-added EA!

I recently used HireHarbour to hire an Executive Assistant to manage inboxes and calendars for my real estate investment firm. Since hiring her under a month ago, my EA now looks after way more than just by inbox and calendars – she helps with reading and verifying new contracts, keeping my invoices in-check, helping me with payroll as well as a number of marketing initiatives we are looking into. I feel my EA is a partner to my workflow, allowing me to focus on what matters most.

HireHarbour have integrated their EA into my systems (for example, provided the EA with a UK phone number) – and pretty consistent communication for any feedback I have to provide.

Outstanding EA Services & More Than Just an Assistant

I’ve been truly impressed with HireHarbour. When I first heard about them six months ago, I was a bit hesitant to sign up, but I’m so glad I did.

Skilled, adaptable and technologically proficient!

I've been very impressed with HireHarbour's quality of service, their team are highly-skilled and have delivered on the efficiency and level of support they promised. Beyond the normal tasks an EA would do (e.g. managing schedules, travel arrangements etc.), I really like that HireHarbour's assistants have gone the extra mile, helping me with my marketing blogs for example. Reliable and trustworthy - the only thing I'd recommend is to make sure you specify the hours you want help for, and the team will generally accommodate. Otherwise you get default working hours (9am-5pm) which may not be for you.

Laser fast response time and game changing support

Great customer experience team, can hear back within an hour when contacting them at anytime, even weekends.
