I used this company for the first time to book a six seater taxi from my house to Manchester Airport. I dealt with Khan who was extremely helpful when I booked. My booking was initially for the 10th October but my flight got cancelled due to Hurricane Milton I spoke to Khan who changed my booking to the 13th for the new flight. I was contacted the day before my travel date by the taxi firm who confirmed details, they turned up on time in a clean vehicle and very friendly driver. I had booked a return trip with HireGo and again they contacted me the day before my return flight to confirm details, and again the communication with the taxi firm was excellent. I was very impressed with the communication and overall service and would not hesitate to use HireGo again.

HireGo is managing daily pickups for our team for the last 3 months. We are glad to be using their service. They cordinate with our team members on sms so communication is really smooth.

Quote was a little bit on higher side as compared to others but the vehicle condition was very good and the customer support was very responsive so we went for them. We are glad that we hired them.

Had a pleasant journey from Glasgow to Blackpool and return journey went to plan. We asked to change our return pick up time. This was dealt with without a hitch.

We had an event for 5 days with multiple teams needing pickups for all days, hirego team perfectly managed all airport pickups for us and did cordination for the entire event. The team also managed some unexpected flight delays for us. Highly recommended

Just wanted to thank you so much for organising our minibus transport last night. All went very well. Robin - the driver was there waiting for us at the allotted time. He was friendly and had kept in touch with us which was great as it makes life less stressful all round.

We had 2 different drivers. One for our way their and a different one on way back.
Both were so lovely and friendly. Kept asking were we ok. Was a 4 hour drive. Stop when kids needed the toilet/just to move a bit.
Play music, on the way down we had seats that recliner, so we really all enjoy them.
The bus was clean. Both of the drivers were really nice and friendly.
Will we using them again.

Really disappointed in our experience with this company whilst trying to book busses for our wedding. Their online quote offers 10% saving if you book within 12 hours, but they do not let you use this saving when you call to book. They will follow this first email with a more expensive quote and say you can't use the discount. We were speaking with Marcus who confirmed our dates and times and told he would speak with their drivers and come back to us about overall cost due to 'dead miles' and then we got an email from Ben just saying we can no longer accommodate your booking. Marcus seemed really helpful but then Ben got involved and was much less help. Very let down, and poor service from Ben.

Keeping the customer informed, hence reducing anxiety enabling customers to relax and enjoy their journey to holiday destination . Chris was very supportive by keeping us informed, and the driver was also very personable and practical .

I must say this is best service one can provide in scotland. My son went to play chess and he really enjoyed coach both time of trip.
Bus condition was excellent and untroubled all the time.

We had a Chess Tournament last week in Hull and we are arranged to take a team of players and parents to Hull. Hire go made the travel arrangements smooth, Marcus helped us to get it organised really well. Driver Ross was really good as well, was on time for picking and dropping us back.

I booked a mini bus through Hirego for a stag do from Aylesbury to Newcastle return. The booking and payment was simple, and received confirmation emails throughout. The company were responsive and helped out when we had an urgent unforeseen issue the night before the booking. Ben was really quick to support and find us a new driver to resolve the issue so the trip was seamless. Couldn’t recommend them more and will be using them again!
