Unfortunately I ordered 12 items but only received 7. Took weeks to arrive!! I messaged Anne on WhatsApp (they don’t reply to emails) to receive a refund she said she had done so, but she hadn’t and was quite unhelpful and rude. I had to start a dispute with my credit card and eventually received my refund
Customer service is non existent 😡
Very bad experience

I just received a long sleeve soft cotton shirt MOON which is absolutely beautiful! I love it!! Any piece of clothing I have ordered from Ann at Hippiechic Shop has always been first class quality! And Anne is such a lovely and sweet woman! Always happy to order anything from her!!

I had a great experience! Anne is such a nice person, always available. I enjoyed the quality of the products and the delivery was super fast. Everything went really well :) I recommend! 5*

Absolutely awful shop. I returned goods as they weren’t as described. I sent them by Royal Mail tracked and signed for
Anne the owner neglected to pick up the parcel and ignored all my correspondence.
I eventually had to get Paypal to intervene and she sent me a very rude message in response
The clothes are quite expensive and postage is extortionate 😡

I placed an order from the US. The items were delivered in a timely manner but sizes are not accurate and quality is not very nice. I wrote them several times via Instagram as well their own email address that they list for questions and returns but never got a response.

A very fresh and fun boutique that is genuine as the owner seems to be. Placed my first (from across the world) and I was surprised how quickly I received it! Everything fit perfectly and I have a wishlist of more items. It is truly so good to find someone who selects fun styles that are unique and not on every FB page. The owner is adorable and so joyful and inspiring!

Stay away from this shop, absolutely a scam.
I bought 3 beggy jeans only to receive jeggings.
I sent back 2 and kept the Jogging pants which were ok. I escalated to PayPal and now she claims she has received the Jogging pants only which is false as I kept those.
Bottom line is the jeans are nit what you see and getting you money back is tough. Am waiting for PayPal to solve my issue otherwise I will have lost 107 + 20 postage, mind you i also paid for her to post my order so in Total 147 eur gone.

My parcel never arrived
They sent with Mondial Relay, they stole my items
I sent them at least 5 emails, never got an answer
150 € are lost

I agree. Worst customerservice. Delivery was ok, some things from the shop are nice. But return is not possible. Never got an answer on several e-mails, got in contact with the owner via Insta and received an address, but the package was denied from he shop and returned back to me. The owner was really uncooperative and now I'm stuck with the goods AND the return shipping costs. So, be careful!

Seems like a scam shop.
I have ordered a gift from this side, But The size wasn’t The right.
Now they don’t answer me when i want to Return The things I have bought!

Worst costumerservice….

I ordered 8 styles but only got 6. They were delivered on June 1st and I have since been trying to either get my items or get my money back.
They write back that they will look at what my order no. is which styles I'm missing. I have answered all questions several times.
They write that they are a proper shop and that I am lying.

A very nice team with good quality clothes at a very reasonable price, very happy and I'm not at my first order I recommend 100%
