Hippobuy review

First of all, the searching for my products went really well, because the search has no limits whatsoever. The payment went easily, and they have loads of coupons and that's why they are better than most of the chinese agents and ik what i'm talking about because i tried a lot of them. I had some trouble with the products quality and that got resolved quick too, because of their nice customer suport that never dissapoints. I would rate them 10 stars if i could and I would and will buy again in the future.

The shipping was very fast

The shipping was very fast, everything took about 2 weeks for it to arrive to my front door. The support are very helpful and very friendly. Will definetely order more stuff!

Wheres my refund???

I asked for a refund on my clothing. Then they email saying 'refund processed successfully' and then what happens? Yeah the money leaves my account to them. Dont buy from here terrible customer service.

Hipobuy is a great choice

Hipobuy is a great agent for purchasing products from china, their customer service is good and quick and I had no problems ordering from them. My package arrived after 11 days and the shipping was very cheap due all the coupons they offer on their discord. Really recommend!

Scam and super fake

Scam and super fake. They are asking for 100CHF for shipment after we placed the order and it is crazy. Not sure if I can cancel the orders.

Hipobuy Best Agent

Is it the Best Agent ! Very good prices and shipping dont take that Long.
Only two things bother me: 1. The PayPal fees are very high at 10%. 2. They can't always do anything about it, but often things arrive damaged, or in the case of shoes, usually with some kind of glue on them. It's really not a big deal, but it is annoying.

I've never had any problems with some suppliers, but with others, very often. Nevertheless,

it's the best, agent.

The parcel packaging was quick!

The parcel packaging was quick! The pictures they provide of your products we're excellent and I could understand everything, and the agents are also excellent at their job. They even took the time to write a disclaimer if they saw something that did not match with what you ordered! Overall, I only have the best thoughts about Hipobuy and I'll keep on using them for my future purchases.
