It's taken weeks and I haven't received anything yet

I did not receive shipping information on what I ordered & I sent a number of emails to the company. I think it is very likely a scam or they would have responded.

your company informed me promptly that one of the items I ordered, wasn't in stock.

Ordered a tarot deck on January 5th. Over 20 days later, no tracking number, no updates, and no response to multiple emails. Extremely poor customer service. I do not recommend buying here.

Ordered on November 13. Shipping shows 3-5 days. I received a survey via email, but haven’t received my item. Why would I respond to a survey if I don’t have the item? Sent two emails asking for shipping status but have not received a reply. Terrible customer service.

Just shipping time - the website said 3-5 days I think - I placed the order on 1/13/25, now 1/20/25 and haven’t even rcvd notification of shipping - I’m sure there is order processing time, but more than 4 business days processing!? Too much

My order has never shipped and I have no way of contacting customer service. I've called, emailed and messaged on IG. Seems like fraud!

From the moment I stepped through the door, I was enveloped in a world of whimsy and creativity. The store is beautifully organized, allowing customers to easily explore various sections dedicated to different themes. I was particularly taken with the section featuring quirky office supplies—who knew a stapler could be so amusing?

The highlight of my visit was discovering a treasure trove of unusual board games that I’ve never seen anywhere else. The staff was incredibly helpful and even recommended a few based on my interests. Their enthusiasm was contagious! I left the store with a bag full of fun goodies and a big smile on my face.

I really need the product that I ordered so rather than tell me you’re sold out and issue an immediate refund, maybe there is an option for keeping the order active until new product comes in.

This tapestry is stunning! The colors are rich and vibrant and I can't wait to hang it! It's exactly as described, actually more gorgeous than pictured. Shipping was fast, it arrived safe and sound, and well packaged. I love the items in Hipimi and I'll definitely be back to this shop for more quality products - they have so much to choose from! ☺️

If I got my shipment it would be a 5 out of 5. Told me they expressed shipped it 4 days ago but still haven’t got it ordered it almost two weeks ago. Website said 3-4 days shipping not true

I bought a product and they did not send it to me, and they did not refund my money !! it was stolen from me

I have received all my goodies from Hipmi and I am in love with everything I purchased! I bought a Jasper necklace and it is beautifully made and the stone is a tear drop shape that is perfection. I also ordered a jasper bracelet with leather accents and the smell of the leather is wonderful. The stones are a varied color but to my liking. Great company with such a beautiful vibe.

A nice backpack. Only drawback was I did not receive the color I chose.
