Do not use this company! I never received my order and get no response from their customer service. Rubbish, scam!

Absolutely rubbish didn’t receive the stickers seem to be ongoing pattern according the reviews too. Waited over 1 month but still didn’t arrive

Order didn't turn up after 30 days. Contacted the company who said they would resend. Didn't show up again. Let down. Say they rely on royal mail service in UK and they can't send a tracked delivery. Silly.

Received my labels. Great quality and have stuck on wash after wash. Would 100% recommend

Ordered some labels from Hipi but they didn’t arrive after 2 weeks of waiting. Checked trust pilot reviews and got a bit worried (although paid through PayPal). Emailed customer services and they said the post must have lost them. Order was reprocessed for free and they have now arrived!

I don’t think it’s a scam at all. I spoke to customer service who were super helpful! I do genuinely believe there are some postal issues. But customer service sorted it for me ASAP. Haven’t used labels yet but they look fab :)

Ordered on 20th August - messed around twice. Keep blaming the post - I don’t believe they are putting the orders through.

I would not even give one star. Scam!!!!!!! Do not buy anything from them!!!!!!

Labels ordered on 21 August and still not received. For some reason my order has left Oslo but I thought this company was based in the uk. Website states 3-5 delivery time but this is not the case

I order my labels over 2 weeks ago. Still have not received them. I have reached out to the company and have not had an acknowledgment or a response.

I had received my order in time. Colours were vibrant as they were on screen and easy to use. Design is also nice and appealing. After washing for several times, there is no damage at all.

I ordered some labels for my little boys things for nursery. They did take a while to arrive but the customer service was amazing and they really help if you need anything.

The labels are fab and my son loves them. I would definitely recommend them.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
Placed an order, emailed as it took over 2 weeks to arrive, still not received my items.

The website has a glitch whereby only the first name seems to save when submitted your order. We received children's labels with just a first name, no surname which is obviously useless for a childcare setting. Customer service was very poor and would not provide a corrected product.

Ordered them last minute, were so easy to create on their website and arrived when they said they would!

Excellent quality labels and so worth the money! They can be used on most things and just makes labelling kids clothing fun hahaha 😊

Hipi is quite amazing shorts app,but it is a SCAM because monetization approval takes too much time,I have applied for monetization,but after 1 year,I still not received any reply,am I eligible or not,I mean 'Hipi community' should contact to user,they should reply, that,'user' account is eligible or not,it is just kept in 'Pending',🤬🤬🤬please don't waste time of creators,hipi is scam app,and time wasting app.

Takes long to come but they are good quality

Needed name labels due to child starting school, for less then £12 (signed up for discount) I got 120 named labels, had an issue that I hadn't received them at the EDT however a few emails back and forth they sent another set incase they were lost free of charge and long behold they arrived today with plenty of time before my child starts school. Labels look just as the website showed and so far the quality is good, I haven’t used them to their full potential to see if they last or not.

Labels took a bit longer to arrive than estimated date. I contacted Hipi and they got back to me really quickly and were very helpful, labels turned up later that day. Labels look just as shown, haven't used them yet so can't comment on quality otherwise. Delay is Royal Mail issue so can't really blame them for that.

Fraud app I redeemed coins last month but didn't receive any thing I emailed them many times but didn't reply. So I proudly say hipi owner ki maa ki chut.time waste app

Thought I would leave a review since majority on here are negative. I ordered some labels with Hipi before the bank holiday, it didn't come on estimated date and I looked on TrustPilot and got worried. However, I reached out via email to the company and they asked me to just wait until the weekend to see if the labels arrived, and they did. Labels look exactly as they do on the website and they stick well, good high quality image and text. The customer service person that assisted me was Karoline, she was very helpful and kind.

I give the benefit of the doubt that the delay happened because of bank holiday, and only reason for 4 stars is because of the slight delay, but besides that I can't fault it.

Any issues just reach out to them via email, make sure all your details are correct.
