Prompt, Communicative and Thorough

I have found the Him's platform easy to use, their communication is outstanding and they address any of my concerns well within 24 hours of my communicating with them. My only qualification is that so far the hoped for or expected results for my treatments have not materialized.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Hims’ GLP-1 weight loss injections. I followed the program closely for about 6 months, including their recommendations to increase exercise and stick to a high-protein diet, but I saw little to no results. My weight either stayed the same or even increased during that time.

One of the biggest issues was that I never experienced the appetite suppression that GLP-1 medications are known for. If anything, I felt like I was grazing more throughout the day instead of eating less. That was frustrating, especially since appetite control is supposed to be a key benefit of this treatment.

Overall, it felt like a lot of time, effort, and money for no meaningful outcome. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this program if you’re expecting noticeable weight loss or appetite control.

Hims & Hers Labs is Great!

They really strive to give you so many metrics of your health via their new Labs program that it really makes it easier to be on top of how you're doing. All the doctors have been super responsive as well and between them and the app it makes all the insight on results easy to understand. Hims & Hers is really onto something with this!

It has worked very gradually, but it sure has been working. I’m excited to go up a dose for my third time in a couple of days. I’m certainly not eating as much or hungry as often.

Very confusing and frustrating

On my app it's still showing I have no subscriptions. Also, I can't send messages to my provider. It's like the app has no recall of my plan. In the beginning everything was good but now I have yo search my emails to get any information. It's very frustrating and wish that it would be more informative to give me the information I need to see. I hate to say it but if this continues I probably will have to cancel because this information I need is important to me and it shouldn't be as confusing as it is. Hopefully this issue is resolved. Thank you.

Got the semaglutide compound initially

Got the semaglutide compound initially. Caused bad side effects. All of them. I don’t blame Hims for that. What I do blame them for is a misleading web presence in which they make their offers opaque. I canceled the sema. Then signed up again several months later as it appeared to be offering a Tirzepatide compound. This time I was charged $49 for a membership fee which was to be refunded it if I couldn’t get the product I wanted. Turns out, now Tirzepatide compound, just name brand for way too much money. I requested a refund but of course not. A “doctor” looked at some forms even though the refund policy is clear. Bad practice. Will actively warn people away. Just get a prescription and buy direct from Eli Lilly.

Lots of hidden cost and the terminology…

Lots of hidden cost and the terminology is very misleading. They really do not listen to you and what your goals are. They literally are just trying to push the new pill and price on you. The prices have gotten entirely too expensive compared to other places. Definitely other places with better prices and customer service. I would recommend shopping around before considering these guys.

I like the weight loss but the side…

I like the weight loss but the side effects can be a problem some nights keeping me awake all night not pleasant I've tried everything you have told me but most days it doesn't help.
