Garbage Incorporated

This will be my first and last order with this “business”. I ordered the same shirt I saw in store as the sizes were all gone in two TH stores in Dublin so I was very excited to find it online to receive a white, see through piece of garbage (at a bargain price of 119€).

Their customer service was just as useless to fob me off with “we’ll send you an email to propose options”… I am eagerly awaiting that email to see what comes out of it.

I recently visited the Tommy Hilfiger…

I recently visited the Tommy Hilfiger shop in Andel, Prague and was thoroughly impressed. The store was impeccably maintained, with a sleek and modern design that showcased the brand's iconic style. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The selection of clothing, allowing me to find exactly what I was looking for. Overall, it was a fantastic shopping experience, and I would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Prague!....🛍️🛍️

Beware of this company as they are…

Beware of this company as they are based in netherlands.ordered for items which arrived late and discovering that the box was empty meaning items stolen immediately refused the delivery and uptil now very rude customer services and trying to get my refund back which they still haven’t been unable,asked them to redeliver the same product but they say we cannot as you will have to reorder second time which i did and did receive the items second time,eventually paying double and the first item still not refunded.think before you order at this place as these people have no clue or professionalism in them.

Don’t bother ordering online….Having…

Don’t bother ordering online….Having accepted my order (and taken payment) they then emailed to tell me shipping would be delayed by at least 5 days. I tried to cancel the order (as per my statutory rights) but TH told me the order had entered the “shipping phase” which was totally untrue and the order could not be cancelled. The way they ignore their statutory obligations is mind blowing. Apparently now, after the late dispatch I have to refuse the delivery and wait for goods to be returned before I get a refund. This could be 28 days it seems.

I bought a office wear top from…

I bought a office wear top from Heartland tommy hilfiger of $50, which literally tore after single wash. I went to the store they refused to take it back and blamed my Washing machine; moreover the behaviour of the store executives were so rude. Additionally, have not mentioned anywhere its not a machine wash. I am very disappointed from the service and product. Will never ever going to buy any product from tommy.

I ordered a navy shirt and was sent a white shirt with little blue dots in it. When I was refunded they deducted 10.00 off the return for shipping both times. Since it was their fault I protested about not getting a full refund for what I paid! Customer service never returned any of my emails about this! Poor company and I am done buying Tommy Hilfiger!

I bought a watch and I just wore it for…

I bought a watch and I just wore it for 2 time for the function.
The lock was not proper and it just dropped from my hand and the lock was in 2 pieces.
So I request for the replacement or get the watch lock repaired
After one month they said the lock is not present and for strap replacement it will take 3 more month.
And for that too we have to pay extra.

Then what's the point of warranty and all other bullish offers.

Not gonna buy things from this company.

Hi I just order online from Tommy helifger it’s all almost near 2 though Danish krone I was waiting since from two months I email them they didn’t response me and didn’t give me any track number and they just send me email for buying more stuff fr there it’s disgusting and awful I really need my parcel or money back🥹🥹

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Does not even allow you to refund to the card you paid it with or pay back in cash. Wants to give you a gift card for the store itself which forces you to go back and make purchases at the company itself. Don't bother shopping here. Better off getting their products from a department store with better customer service.

4-1/2” zipper versus 6”

Purchased a pair of 34/30 “regular fit stretch” Tommy Hilfiger pants at a local Ross store. Liked the fit and the material (easy to clean). Problem for me (76 years old) was the short fly zipper. Perhaps because pants were “made in Bangladesh.” Had to replace pants with a different manufacturer brand.

I bought a pair of Skate board style…

I bought a pair of Skate board style grey shoes with white laces from the bay online in Toronto. Absolutely the cheapest shoes I ever worn. The back of the sole came apart on one shoe after the first use and then after 3 uses on the second shoes. Can’t walk in these shoes for long period because the sole is so thin I can feel everything and just walking hurts.

uk.tommy.com is a joke; you buy from a uk directed domain, (the UK website of Tommy Hilfigure), a house hold conglomerate name where you pay more for their items which you don't mind, because you're buying direct. And they still post out from another country. What is the point! Now have to pay Customs Duty on top of the overpriced product. It's cheaper everywhere else as well. Not buying from conglomerates anymore, local smaller businesses are so much better for awareness, honesty, ethics, quality and service. Sending back and will still save £28 on this £40 product if I bought "from anywhere else" (after customs costs included).

They can't deliver on time, and their customer service is a joke

I decided to order something from Tommy Hilfiger's online store on May 3rd, expecting it to arrive within 3-5 days as they promised. Well, that didn't happen.

First off, they didn't even send out my order until May 7th, way beyond their supposed delivery window. And now, here we are on May 13th, and my package hasn't even made it out of the Netherlands, let alone to my doorstep in the UK.

I tried reaching out to their customer service, but it was like talking to a brick wall. They were zero help, couldn't even assure me of a refund if my stuff never shows up. And to top it off, the chat ended with a rude disconnect from their end.

They can't deliver on time, and their customer service is a joke. Save yourself the headache and think twice before ordering from them online.

Amazing customer service,

I had a pair of trainers that I bought in London in January and they split whilst I was away in Japan. I contacted the online customer service who said i would have to take them back to London I explained I could not do this. I was then asked to send photos of the damage along with the receipt. Upon doing this I was sent a returns label for me to return to TH when I returned to the uk. This was done yesterday and today I received a promo code to the value of the trainers. Well done Isabelle on your excellent customer service and the handling of this enquiry. I have now purchased a new pair of trainers.

I was bought as a present Leather…

I was bought as a present Leather Hybrid trainers in June 2023 after such a short while & limited use they look about 10 years old. The material is like cardboard. I have always been a fan of Tommy clothes but the shoes feel & look cheap.

Bought Sophie Low Rise Faded jeans

Bought Sophie Low Rise Faded jeans. My usual size 8 as I have these in dark blue and black.
Arrived.. SOMEONE FAT had already tried them on and outstretched the back of the jeans rendering the “elastane” effect completely useless.. awful. Had to return and then reorder same size separately. No exchange possible. Lost my discount too. Promised my discount would reappear but haven’t seen it.

I went to tommy in westfield Stratford…

I went to Tommy in westfield Stratford they charged me twice now they expect me to travel from basildon pay parking charge so I can get my refund ,assistant manager Dan is so bad wouldn't help was more concerned with his stock account would even give me a good will gesture so so poor is unreal. Even lied to me gave me complaints no which is international n they simply said we don't deal with stores clearly a great assistant manager who knows what his talking about.

Worst store experience I had. I bought a watch a week ago and I tried to return it as the store member sold it as a men’s watch but when I googled it clearly says women’s watch. I phoned the store right after and they said I can return it. I’m not local so I had to buy a train ticket to get back to store which I wouldn’t mind so I can get back the price of the watch. When I got there they refused to return it “the battery was already activated”. I tried to explain them it wasn’t my fault since they activated it on the purchase and asked me if I wanna try it on, also before I left 60 days was guaranteed to take it back.
When I explained it to the “store manager” (the guy with the glasses) he told me to contact the customer service. I did so and they said it’s a problem what the store manager needs to solve.
So I went back again and the guy was already smiling at me. I just told him what I was told by the customer service but he refused to give me any contact details to the manager, he just gave me the store mobile number😀 so my question is why is the 60 days return guaranteed if it’s not?

Great experience in store

Went to Meadowhall and came back with exactly what I wanted thanks to Ranjit. Went over and beyond to help me find what I wanted. Showed me stock from both front and back and different sizes. Gave belief back that there is still good customer service out there. Went in some major chains and not acknowledged once. All staff very friendly and made sure that I was dealt with while in store. A true credit to your company. Will definitely be returning in future.👏👏👏
