Have just signed up to Hike POS and the experience and guidance from Mustan has been fantastic.

Moving from another platform (Vend/Lightspeed) that we have used for 10 years presented challenges for us with several processes we were so used to and worried about moving, but those worries were not justified at all. The move was so easy!

Hike is easy to use, it was a breeze to import our products and customers, and the store setup didn’t take long.

So far, I am really impressed with Hike and the many excellent features, and the support from Mustan and the team have provided, nothing seems to be too hard and their willingness to assist with questions and providing options to get our processes to work with Hike has been outstanding.

I am really looking forward to exploring more and see how we can improve our store with the many features that Hike POS has.

Mustan Rangwala answered all the questions I had regarding the functionality of Hike enabling me to make an informed decision to transfer to Hike as my POS.

Poor experience using Hike and their additional SEO service where they claim to undertake 2 hours worth of work for you. Report came back with 70% of the work I had completed, raised to customer service and they've never come back to me. Subsequently cancelled and moving SEO away.

I recently had an issue with my WooCommerce integration, and I'm so glad I chose to use Hike POS for my needs. Deval and his team were incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to help me out. I was ready to cancel my subscription, but their unwavering support and assistance changed my mind. Deval was a great account manager who was always available to answer my questions and provide helpful advice. I highly recommend Hike POS based on my experience with their customer service. They always put the customer first and make sure you're satisfied with the solution.

Although I was put off by chat and email support only, the team at Hike are pretty good at resolving issues. Krish has been particularly helpful with our set up.
