We are so glad we found Hike for our small retail business! The system has so many useful features such as inventory tracking, customer loyalty programs, product discount features, multiple cash registers, and the ability to sync with WooCommerce and Paypal payment processing. Customer support is fast, friendly, and helpful.

It took a bit to organise but we finally have our Hike Pay terminal on its way. The sales team were great and beat our banks rate which was nice. I am looking forward to integrating the terminal with our system.
watch this space for more reviews when we are up and running.

I’ve been using HIKE for about two to three months now for our furniture retail store, and it’s been great. The system is simple, easy to use, and we haven’t had any issues so far. Their live chat support is also really helpful whenever I have a question, I can get an answer quickly.
I also like that we can upload product photos, which makes it easier for our staff to recognise items and work more efficiently. Overall, it’s a very straightforward system for retail, especially for furniture.
There are two features I hope HIKE can consider adding in the future:
One feature I really hope HIKE can add in the future is proper delivery scheduling system. It would be great if we could put sale orders into a delivery date and print a delivery run sheet.
Another feature HIKE already has something similar with backorders and creating purchase orders, but it's still not very clear to see what stock has actually been allocated to each customer. it would be great if the system could simply show a number for allocation. For example, if a customer order 2 unit and we haven't allocated anything yet, it could show "0/2". after we receive the stock and allocate it to that order, it could update to "1/2". Having this number visible on the product side and in the customer's ales order would make it much easier for us to track what has been allocated.
Aside rom these suggestions. HIKE has been working really well for us, I’m happy with it and definitely recommend giving HIKE a try.

Hike POS is simple to use. If there is a feature that we would like to see, we just send a request and if possible they will implement it. The lastest one we requested was a "Back" button on the POS ipad software, so that you can go into each category and not have to go back to the main section each time, you can simply press "back". Was implemented a few months after we requested and very happy.

We initially like working with Hike POS but our business had to close for 2 months and obviously we were not generating any sales so when we opened back and our monthly payment was able to successfully charge by HikePOS they said we need to pay for the 2 outstanding months we were not operational. I explained to them and asked them if they can wave that and they simply said no, that is not something I would like to support.

We moved from Lightspeed Retail-X (Vend) to HikePOS. I found this super easy to do, in fact we moved after a very short test period and I done the move myself didn't even need support to help with anything. Moving from Lightspeed Retail-X was just super easy. We intergrate with Xero and Shopify and this was smooth. In fact I prefer Hikepos intergreation with xero better than the litespeed one.
Been using Hike now for over a month, I have had to contact support a couple of times and they have been very quick to provide help, it's never been a problem with hike, just me learning settings in hike. I'd recommend this POS to others, and anyone wanting to move away from the ever increasing price of Lightspeed Retail-X
I'd like to add the sales team reach out during trial, and even after you have signed up to make sure everything is working and there are no issues. Great to see a company reaching out properly to make sure things are going well.

We've been using Hike POS for several years now, and it has significantly improved the way we manage our retail operations. From inventory management to sales reporting and customer loyalty, everything is streamlined and user-friendly. The system is reliable, cloud-based, and integrates well with Xero accounting software. What really stood out was their customer support, our Hike representative Deval was always responsive and helpful, even during our initial setup and through few times we experience some small issues
Hike POS has made it easier for us to stay organized and focus on growing our business. I highly recommend it to other small-to-medium retailers looking for a solid, all-in-one POS system with inventory.
