I made a purchase on July 4th

I made a purchase on July 4th, thinking I was buying a small fridge through their website. They charged me €9.99. Then today, July 5th, they charged my card again – €38.00 and €6.95 – without my permission or any notification.
I contacted them by email, and they replied saying they would refund me only if I leave a 4- or 5-star review. This is blackmail and completely unacceptable. I did not receive any product and did not agree to any subscription. This company is clearly a scam and should be reported.
has anyone ever gotten a refund? how is it possible that such fraudsters and blackmailers still exist? is it possible that they were not stopped by the police?
