I was charged for an unauthorised transaction and when it was raised a decision was made within minutes to refund my account. This is most commendable.

Was scammed into signing up for a subscription I did not intend on having, however the company was very quick to respond to cancelling my subscription as well as offering compensation in the form of a refund.

I send them a mail, and ask that my subscription must be cancelled, they replied that they confirm that it's cancelled. I then got a e-mail from Edith, telling me that my request was reviewed and that they are also going to refund my money. He assured me that he will personally handle my case and if I don't see refund reflecting in my account to contact him personally to follow up.
