Slow communication
Slow communication! Ordered one hijab (to use as a scarf). It arrived promptly, and was good quality. A week or so later, a second one arrived, which I had not ordered. Three emails later and they still had not replied to my request for them to arrange for a courier to take it away. In the end, they emailed me and we sorted it out. The hijabs are very nice indeed. Their speed at answering emails was not as good. I have revised this review taking into account the fact that they did eventually reply to my emails.
