As we explained on Whatsapp, the invoice is part of the withdraw process. Our operation needs to follow US laws, and the receipt is part of that, same with withdrawing your money to accounts of the same nature as the one you have in Higlobe. Faster and better
I was hesitant at first, thinking that the process might take longer due to the need to fill out and approve the receipt. However, it was very quick, taking only a few minutes, and the transfer to my account in BRL was instant. Even with the $5.00 fee I had to pay to transfer the money from the other payment provider to Higlobe, the final amount was still better than the method I used before.

bad email experience
The email with the title "here's the information about your recent money withdraw" doesn't have a single piece of information about my most recent money withrdaw.
And it would be really useful to have that documented through email.

It worked as it should. The time for approvals was really quick and easy. It took less than two hours for the paperwork to be approved, and I received my first payment through the platform. It was also cheaper than the other platform I used to use. Amazing!

Automatic withdraws
I have to feel my receipt many every time I receive a new payment. I wish I didn't need to fill it every time, when I was using Husky, or Remessa Online, I didn't have to fill it every time. I Husky, I had the option to withdraw all my money automatically.
