so far I have not been using it a lot lately but when I ask for support - my concerns immediately gets resolved, my last concern was my old phone broke and i cant get into the webapp without the authentication code - I sent a message to the support team, got an immediate response from Eva and she was super quick and helpful resolving the concern. Also, the transfers are smooth - the webapp shows how much you are getting with conversion rates very transparent. I've already recommended higlobe to be used by our team to receive payment from the US. Thanks!

I would really love their platform even…
I would really love their platform even though they don't have a mobile app yet; however, it seems my client changed their bank from US Bank to another location so their finance team is unable to process a wire transfer and refund it back to my client's bank account. Glad that it was back in less than 24 hours. I hope you support other wire transfers from other countries or locations, but I really recommend them for US transactions and their support is easy to deal with. Thanks again, I will use your platform if my client change his bank to US, thank you.

Poor Customer Support
I withdrew $200.00 last night. I got debited but didn't receive anything. Sad part is, the transaction disappeared on my transaction history. This is a red flag.
I immediately contacted their support but haven't gotten reply. I want to call them but I couldn't find their number. They only have WhatsApp and email support as far as I know.
Please use their service at your own risk. It has been more than 24 hours and they haven't return my currency.
