I placed an order on the 9th

I placed an order on the 9th, reached out on the 20th, and it is now April 1 and nobody has bothered to respond and per their own tracking my order is still showing processing .. I feel like this is a scam

Its the service i want

A few pieces I ordered ran a bit small, so I reached out to request a larger size. They responded very quickly and arranged a replacement package completely free of charge. Truly impressed with the customer support!

I haven’t recieved my items and I order a week or so ago, no email confirmation or anything, have no idea I spent £150 and worried I’ve lost money

I never got my money back either

I never got my money back either. They emailed me twice sounding so helpful but no money was refunded. Terrible. Don’t buy.

No money return !!

I returned the clothes and eventhough i wrote the company 4 times, I never got an answer nor my money.
Don't but anything there!!! You'll never get your money back!!

I absolutely love the jumpsuits from…

I absolutely love the jumpsuits from Higianna! The colors are vibrant. The pricing is affordable. The quality is excellent. I get a lot of compliments when I wear their products. My only issue is that I wish they had petite lengths, as I myself am on the petite side, which means on some of the jumpsuits I have to roll up the legs. I would still very much recommend Higianna!
