I required additional Flexcore Plus keys but was having difficulty because there was no code information on the back of the key to be able to get another made. These keys cannot be cut by a standard key cutting service. HSL were very helpful when I phoned them and I was able to get the code from a neighbour’s key. The keys were cut and posted the same day and I received them within 24hrs of ordering them. They are a superb company to deal with and their contact details are being included in our communal newsletter of 101 flats so other owners can easily purchase more.

I contacted this firm about an obscure fire cabinet we had in our village hall and we needed a spare key. I was asked to send my key to them, and they returned my key plus two replacements in 3 days. Great service.
