Plain and simple.. this is a scam. They answer the chat box, then say they will email you. They never do. Don't waste your money and the hassle of doing a chargeback when they tell you it shipped, but you don't live where it went. This place is very shady.

Well, let’s see I tried giving this company Another chance, I made a second order for two vapes, disposable vapes in the past. I would say its been. 2 to 3 weeks now they haven’t updated on the progress on the app from processing to shipping. I haven’t received any kind of email from Customer Service I wanted to give this company another try because they did eventually send me my product from my first shipment and I really thought that giving them another shot would prove different but it hasn’t I have no information On the products that I bought. the company doesn’t talk back to you. I would be very cautious from ordering from this company.

I placed an order on the 23rd 7 days later still hadn't received a tracking number. I sent an email to check the status. Was told the products were on backorder and would b fulfilled in 5 to 7 days. This would make it over 14 days to receive. Then I was sent an email saying all my items were out of stock

What I do and don’t like!
I’ve shopped here for awhile and I can say I’ve had great experiences with them. For instance today, I texted the company with an issue about tracking my order. Well they answered me back within a few seconds and took care of everything I needed, and then some!
I have to say that the product is phenomenal! It is spot on with the levels!
If I had to say something negative about this store I would have to say that I didn’t like about my experiences was the amount of time it takes to get my orders However, I think that USPS is partly to blame for that! And maybe I just can’t wait to get it! 😂

Plenty of better sites, don't be fooled
I've made a few small orders of like maybe 2 or 3 disposables and had no issues. I made a bigger order of like 7 or 8 and never recieved it. The PO said HM put the wrong address on the shipping label. I emailed HM and the only responses I get are "let me look into this", that's it. No refund, no product, nothing....
Time for the next steps, I guess...
Update 4/30/25. I texted back and forth for 2 days with someone before they called me. Their only concern was this negative review. They didn't acknowledge or accept any accountability, they just wanted the review taken down. I agreed to take it down once I recieved MY ORDER. 5/28 I recieved a box with a mix of bs I didn't order or ask for. I ordered like 6 or 8 pacman disposables and eneded up with not a single thing out of my order. They might be ok for one or two small orders, but I'm Definitely not dealing with this sht again.

I’ve had a awful experience I was told my package was shipped it was never shipped and now it’s apparently shipped but still in the same tracking and it’s been a week since ordered they called me yesterday to remove one of my reviews I left witch made me worry if this company is even real anyway I’ll change my review of this place if what I ordered ever comes but so far nothing and they made me pay 10 shipping so figured it been here in at least a week and it still in the same update window so anyone reading this don’t buy form here it’s a big scam
