Excellent service and overall great experience. I arrived early and extra effort was made to accommodate me which was very much appreciated. Friendly service with the entire process explained in detail and after the initial ear exam both ears required ear wax removal by micro suction. Again this was explained that with both ears quite impacted it may not be possible to remove 100% of the wax but after some great work very nearly all of the wax was removed and my hearing improved virtually immediately. I plan in returning in a few months time for a further examination and to keep things in check. A great service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

My experience from my initial phone call to make an appointment through to the consultation and examination was one of smoothly professionalism .
The clinical setting helped one to relax and during the course of the examination Quinton explained each step he was embarking upon throughout. I therefore Highly recommended Highland Hears without any reservation.

Mr Smith was very friendly and profressional, explaining all that would be involved in the procedure. It was painless and quick, Mr Smith also reccomend a lotion for a ear issue I had and that has solved that problem. I would highly reccomend Mr Smith.

Took my Mum for an appointment to have her ears cleared of wax. Beautiful location and such a warm, friendly and informative atmosphere. Everything was explained really clearly and the follow up procedures were clear and easy to understand. Excellent service

Highland Hears offers an excellent service in all aspects of hearing. Quintin immediately put me at ease and talked me through how my ears would be cleaned and what the hearing test would look like. I learnt a lot about my hearing and ears from Quintin. Recommended if you have hearing issues.

My mother is 89yrs old and suffers from vascular dementia and alzheimers. My mothers hearing had deteriorated over the last few weeks which I felt was making her confusion much worse. She is housebound and I was at a loss at how to deal with it. I went online to see if there was any service that provided home visits. I discovered Highland Hears from the moment I phoned the professionalism and advice I was given was just amazing. I put the required ear drops in and Mr Smith came today to deal with my mothers ear wax. He talked through the procedure with myself and mother ensuring we understood all that was going on. He took his time reassuring my mother the whole time. I cannot recommend Highland Hears enough and I will definitely be using them again. Thank you so much. I don't know who was more excited when the procedure was completed Mr Smith or my mother when she said she was able to hear us!!!!

Wish I had made appointment weeks ago.Took a wrong turn on way and the receptionist talked us by phone right to gate going above and beyond her duty. Very professional service combined with a great understanding of importance to make a patient feel at ease. Couldn't recommend anyone better than Highland Hears.

Quick consultation. We were on holiday and happy that we could have these plugs made here (we live in a country that doesn't offer this). It will take some weeks to have the plugs made and shipped, but very pleased with the service.
