The product is great, but I was furious to find that the two screws needed to hang the hooks were not included with the product. I do not have a supply of screws, my options were to drive eight miles to a hardware store in the hope they had some, so I ended up getting some from the Nextdoor neighbour. The product is dark brown/black in colour, and it would look so much better with screws in the same colour which would blend into the product and not be seen. I now have two brass screws, which looked slightly better than the silver option, and it has ruined the look of the product. How hard would it be to include two small screws with the product ?
