Our platform shares real job opportunities from employers who are actively hiring, but we don’t make hiring decisions or control whether an employer responds. After you express interest or apply, the employer reviews applications directly and decides who to contact and when.
We also want to be transparent that our support team is currently experiencing a higher-than-usual volume of requests, which may cause delays in responses. We know that’s not ideal, and we’re actively working through the backlog as quickly as possible.
Not every employer responds to every applicant, but we’re working to improve clarity and communication throughout the process. We appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback, as it helps us continue improving the service.

I don't believe most of the good reviews. Notice that the majority of positive reviewers have only written 1 review ever, and I even checked out a few that had written multiple reviews, and their reviews were all sketchy. For example, one of them wrote 5 reviews of various travel agencies with similar names and 2 reviews about Higher Hire and another company like it. I do not know how they got into my inbox, but this "company" is so sketch.

I noticed that I was getting alerts for jobs completed unrelated to my experience and background from this person:Kate Clements

However, in doing an internet review I discovered the person doesn't exist. In addition a google search of the address shows that the business address is false. The address exists, but "Higher Hire" is not the tenant. In addition, the website linked to on this site is just a list of jobs. Finally, according the California Secretary of State's Office THERE ARE NO RECORDS OF A BUSINESS UNDER THAT NAME REGISTERED. To do business in any State you are legally required to register with the State.

Who??
I want to know if anybody has ACTUALLY found a job and got hired? Yeah Kate is great but it also seems like she's the only one that sends listings and Liz is the only one that replies on here. I have yet to find a review where it mentions more than receiving listings. Therefore, I'm skeptical. Someone please enlighten me because the amount of scam jobs reaching out nowadays is atrocious, especially from platforms like linkedIn. In 2023, I received and unknowingly applied to over 33 scam jobs and I wish I was exaggerating, if anything I am probably missing some. They use real names, real companies, real information and the first thing they want to to complete after getting an "offer" is to have you fill out a w-4 form. DO NOT fill this out and send back via email or any communications platform. Real companies usually have you complete this process directly on their site or via a third party legitimate company (this is insight and does not pertain to this company specifically). So please let me know... Who's been hired through Higher Hire?

My experience dealing with your company.
I have receiving multiple job offers through Kate Clement on a regular basis once something becomes open. And I appreciated all her efforts in trying to present different areas to look into. Currently, I have not applied to some of these jobs, due to the fact that some are too far away from my area of interest, and some are only full-time. I am only looking for part-time jobs to avoid being penalized by the Medicare.

It is and isn't a bot
It is and isn't a bot. There is someone on the other end but they are not going to reply to any questions that you may have for a couple of months. While it seems personal, you are receiving the same emails that a million other people are receiving. It isn't really personal. There are some good jobs and some scams. A lot of jobs that are not there even though you just received the email about them. I would recommend it, but don't fall for thinking someone is really speaking to you, because it's just a form email.
