Please please please never use this site. The odds on their sport betting are at least 25% worse than any other site I have used. It is literally just arbitraging the other bookmakers.
The customer service is non existent and they don’t respond to emails ever.
To cap matters off I asked my account to be closed and balance of funds returned and they closed the account and kept my balance.
If I was able to give zero stars I would.

I went against all the bad reviews about highbet here on trustpilot. Don't do what I did. I signed up to highbet a while ago because of their signup offer, which I wasnt awarded because I had received one from another bookie in their group.
I then received an email about two months after with another offer of bet £20 and receive a £10 offer. Which I thought was fine because they had invited me to take part. Apparently it isn't and when I went to chase up my free bet which was meant to awarded 24hrs after bet settlement via their live chat because it had been 48hrs, they disabled my account.

Worst of the worst - DO NOT USE!
An absolute scam. Same story as many others, signed up with the promise of a free bet, ensured I followed the terms & conditions to the letter and I received nothing. I've now emailed 4 times and they don't even have the decency to respond. Please ignore the clown who responds on here telling you to email the support address to get your issue resolved, it's utterly pointless and you will just be ignored.
Other than the free bet there is literally no reason to use this site. Abysmal odds, no bonuses (despite what they promise) and a fee to deposit. Why would you choose Highbet?!
Of more concern would be ending up with a large sum of money with these jokers. Any issues and you would presumably just be ignored and left without your winnings. Please please please don't risk it!

Can't get through to customer services
My bet was settled wrong three times but when I tried to contact through live chat or email (several emails over 2 addresses) I received no replies. Hopefully get an answer through resolver. Received reply to contact them through their email address given in here, which didn't work. Twice my email was sent back saying mail delivery failed!! UPDATE. Received a reply finally but they simply voided my bets with no explanation of nothing meaning I was out of pocket financially by £400. Shocking. Do not use.

Winning Experience
I must give my props to Highbet. I've had issues on other sites and bad experiences so I know what good looks like. The bonuses are not the best but the process to deposit and receive my Casino bonus was faultless. For a change I actually won something with it, I was unsure about the wagering requirements and CS helped me out. I was able to play through and withdraw some profit. I think Highbet are my new lucky rabbits foot!
