I decided to buy the two year plan after trying the free version for one and half years and so far so good, no complaints, I recommend buying a plan because the free version is slow and more servers would be nice too.

Have been using hide.me for many years, never had any issues with their service. The app has more options and customizations than any other that I've tried (I've tried dozens), and the ever expanding list of connection locations is phenomenal. I've never quite figured out the dynamic port forwarding, but that's not been a deal breaker by any means. Speeds are great, and having 5 different protocols to choose from (not to mention the various configuration options for each) makes connection to even the most censorious and locked down networks a breeze.

Main thing is tech help, these people are fast if ya need em!! Works like a charm. Super Super easy!!! Excellent cost too.

Good choice of servers worldwide. Connects quickly most of the time and download speeds remain fast. Customer service is also very helpful if you need it.

In terms of security, anonymity, technical standards, speed, and stability, it's a real all-rounder and outperforms other providers across the board. The support is really top-notch, always friendly, and responds super quickly to customer requests, which is truly unique. What sometimes irritates me a little is the compatibility with certain providers, such as Microsoft or Xiaomi. Under certain configurations, there can be problems with reconnecting. It's almost as if these providers are working hard to make it difficult for people to use an invisible VPN. Unfortunately, this can happen with many updates from these providers, and it requires the VPN to be restarted manually, which is a bit of a hassle. This can be especially frustrating if you don't have a continuous internet connection.
Do you think there might be a way to fix this?

I have used this little program since 10/2022. It is simple to use, even for beginners. If you want to keep prying eyes out of your downloads or just surfing the web. I highly recommend this program to all my friends.

I am not a user for all features of hide.me, but the one I use (streaming with geo blocking), normally works very well.
Unfortunately lately occcured an issue, probably generated by the upgrade to version 3.17.3, but I am in contact with your support and confident for a quick and stable fixing.

Hide.me is always available and never out of order. Fast switching between location. Price is in comparison with other VPN's realistic and updates gives no problem.

I started using the service in 2016 and have been using it on multiple devices. Works well, even for streaming services.

It is almost a set and forget app and the app gets updates at a reasonable rate.
Worth using if you are trying to find a robust capable VPN service.

No attacks successful against me, no viruses.
I would prefer if the protection would start ALWAYS automatically with a chance for me to pause it in a very simple way.

I started using this VPN a few years ago now. I did have some teething problems in the beginning. As I became more experienced with using this vpn it all became much easier. Any queries were answered immediately and since then I have continued as a customer and found them very professional.

Used hide.me for years. No problems with it. Connects very fast. Can't fault it. Maybe cost could be less but that's always the case.
