I was a little sceptical at first as I have never ordered from custom items before but the items have arrived and are amazing! When ordering just give it a few more days if it’s for a present as they do have to make sure everything is perfect before the send them out. Thank you so much for keeping me informed throughout!

I recently ordered a photo cross-stitch kit for my daughter to give her mum as a gift on Mother's Day. It took a couple of weeks to arrive, which wasn't bad considering it was a custom order. The kit looks great,has everything needed, and I'm sure my wife will absolutely love it. Thank you.

Ordered an engraved oval silver signet ring and am very happy with it. Contacted the company a couple of times with questions and their response was timeous.

Really unique item got as part of an anniversary gift.wife really liked it especially when you project the image onto a wall. Item was a bit slow to arrive but I expected it would as it's a custom item. Overall happy and good customer service thank you.

I bought 2 necklaces at the beginning of February and have only just received however I presume this is due to manufacturing time with it being a projection necklace. I was worried with how long it was taking so contacted them via email multiple times however had little to no response. These items were very important to myself and my partner as we got them personalised for our son who passed away, the email customer service are useless however the Instagram team seem much more helpful, they sent tracking information and we’re able to contact the warehouse directly and kept me updated! If you have any questions message them on Instagram do not bother with emailing!!

Took much longer to arrive than the website said - too late to give as a birthday present. When I chased them up on the delay I only got a formulated response and not a useful or personalised response. The projection keyring just doesn't work as well as I'd been led to believe it would so overall I'm really disappointed and think it was way overpriced. Definitely will not be buying from them again!

although there was no delivery date they arrived within 2-3 weeks. the quality is amazing and the people are really nice !

Just a quick message to say thank you for the necklace i bought of you ,,,ok it took longer than it stated but i can see how busy you are ,I buy alot of stuff from online services that have taken months to deliver some people write bad comments wanting there necklace next day or in a few days ,,they should understand its not easy to put a nice picture in a tiny ball ,,mines amazing thank you ,,highly recommend….Lord Alan Hough .

Ordered an item as a birthday present, production said 2-5 days and delivery was 2-5 days. It took them over 3 weeks to even dispatch the item to me. It took me 3 attempts of getting in touch with the company to find out where my parcel was and why it was taking so long. In the end I asked for a refund which they completely ignored but it was dispatched that day. If I hadn’t asked for the refund would have it even been dispatched then who knows? Customer service although get back to you fast it is clear they have ignored what is actually said to them and just following a template to reply with. I will not be ordering from them again and if I was you I would stay clear.

Even though had problems with delivery - the fault was not down to custom items - they were very good at dealing with the problem quickly - would definitely recommend :) lovely item too

I had a dispatch email over 3 weeks ago and the item still hasn't arrived. The response from the company is to wait but the tracking code they gave me never worked. I've had no response from my last email.

The order took over a month to come and when it arrived it was in the wrong Colour. I payed extra money for sterling silver and it came as a horrible yellow gold. And customer services took over 2 weeks to even originally reply and took 4 weeks to have replacement shipped out which then took a further month to arrive
