AVOID Scammers?

I ordered a pendant & necklace on 17th December £54.95 + £1.95 VIP protection, I have had email replies ensuring me my order was on the way.
Today I have received a silver coloured trash pendant with some Chinese symbols with no chain delivered by EVRI
The mobile contact No is invalid and the international (California) No goes to an answer phone

Lovely necklace

Easy ordering .
Quick delivery.
Lovely necklace I bought for my daughter’s birthday - she loves it.
It looks really nice on - it sits just about collar bone level ( just how she like her necklaces to fit)

Avoid at all costs

Terrible company...do not buy from them dodgy as hell. I brought a projection bracelet and the projection on to the wall doesn't work at all. I think this is not a good company at all. Avoid at all costs.

SCAM !

Ordered my necklace on December 6th it is now the night before Christmas and I have to go find an emergency gift for my mother. Tracking information has not updated since December 20th where it said it arrived at a processing center. If my necklace somehow arrives before tonight I will change my review but as of now, DONT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE !!!!!!!

Thank you for getting back to me. Yes, I have now received necklace. Fortunately for me, I was very careful opening it and was just in time to catch the little photo ball before it fell to the ground and perhaps got lost, unable to be found as I wouldn't know what to look for.
Obviously because of the time constraints being Xmas Eve I will 'show' the necklace to the recipient tomorrow but will need to have this issue rectified as the photo will not stay in the necklace so it cannot be worn. How can this be progressed to a satisfactory conclusion?

I ordered my necklace almost 2 weeks in advance and I’m experiencing delayed shipping

Has my order been missed

Hi I don’t want to rate you unfairly as I understand Christmas time is complete madness, I ordered a necklace on the 17th December and I know I won’t have it just yet but my only issue is I haven’t received a confirmation email so just getting a little worried my order may have got lost in the Xmas rush, I’d love to hear from you guys soon

Scam

Reading these reviews looks like I’m just another to fall fail of this scam.

No update on my shipping/ tracking.

Will have to go out and purchase another necklace to replace this one as does t look like it will turn up before Christmas or ever ever at all judging by what I’m seeing here.

Will be contacting bank to claim money back

Ordered a necklace for a Christmas…

Ordered a necklace for a Christmas present on the 4th December thinking there was plenty of time for it to arrive. Tracking update has been the same since 9th December. Emailed the company & no response. It’s now the 22nd of December. I’m going to have to find another gift now as I can’t see this being delivered. Phone numbers don't exist. Should have read the rewiews before purchasing.

As per scamother reviews ordered a necklace…

As per other reviews ordered a necklace for a Christmas present on 13/12/24 and although it says ready for,courier to collect and has a tracking number none of them work. The phone numbers don’t work either and after four emails sent I have not had one reply. Obviously now know it’s a scam.

AVOID. IGNORES YOU AND BREACHES CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT

I have never written such a bad review on a brand in my life. But, I wish I had done my research beforehand. I ordered 2 bracelets that clearly advertised online 3-5 working days as a whole, and delivery before Christmas. It is now the 19th December, with a weekend to go through and then only 2 business days before Christmas and I have had no update, there's no order that has been sent out, ignored by email and social media. It's absolutely disgusting. They already breach several rights acts running their business by advertising a number that is not in use, and not communicating within reasonable time.

Do not waste your money here. Clearly being run by an amateur who is unable to communicate.

Avoid if you don't want stress

My order was ready on the 9th of December but has not made it to transit 10 days later, emailed the 13th and fobbed off with an email asking to give it a few more days. Chased again on the 19th, this was supposed to be a Christmas present. tried to call them but phone number doesn't work. cant seem to write a google review either despite their website having 5 stars all over it

Update- I have just received my order
An absolute shame it took for me writing a bad review and reporting them to my credit card company to start getting any sort of decent response from them. Terrible frustrating experience will not be using them again ever. Don't need the stress.
