Awful company I don’t believe it’s legitimate I might have known if you can just order from them without any proof of a disability. It’s impossible to cancel your order, you have to open a ticket to cancel the capitcha will not let you proceed any further it’s impossible ,opened a dispute but got no where with that. Waste of time.

Terrible, dishonest company. Order some lanyards, didn't arrive, stated they must have been lost in the post, then nothing. Emailed them many times, no response. No refund. Disgusting!!!!!

UPDATE: After reading another review, I did the same, emailed them stating: If they have not refunded my money or I have not received the products withing 7 days, my bank would retrieve the money from them with charges to them and I would report them to trading standards and this was my final warning.

It worked got a refund 3 days later!

Terrible company please try look elsewhere to buy from.
My personalised badge come but was broken, they send me a standard email to say I can return it, BUT not if its a personalised one ??? Trading standards say if its broke it can be returned obviously they don't care about you or the trading laws, they should be ashamed to lie that they are helping those with hidden disabilities.

Waited a month.4 emails...i in cumbria ,Sent to address in Suffock..waited another 3 weeks,wore for week and metal clasp broke..Abslolute disgrace..Hidden dissabilities out for everyone to see

April 2021 Don't use this company. They treat disabled people terribly and just take our money. I ordered some lanyards in Dec last yr and still haven't received them. I emailed hidden disabilities from their website and got a patronizing response saying I must have given the wrong address they would send the items again if I give them the correct address. So I sent them my address again (I hadn't given them the wrong one initially) and waited. The items still didn't arrive. So I've taken to emailing them every day. I've not had anymore responses and it's causing me much stress. This company needs reporting to trading standard or some authority who deals with fraudsters who rip off disabled people and the vulnerable. Absolutely shocking, please don't use them.

Update 24-4-21. Since writing this review I found their facebook site has a lot of similar reviews with people not receiving products and not getting a reply. And it seems the only way to get their attention is by threatening them. So I sent an email warning them if they have not refunded my money or I have not received the products withing 7 days, my bank would retrieve the money from them with charges to them and I would report them to trading standards and this was my final warning. I received a refund within 24hrs so it just goes to show. But I am really dissatisfied with them treating people like this as they sound so caring on their website. They still need reporting. They are taking advantage of people's vulnerabilities. We shouldn't have to complain in this way, some people can't, also the stress can have a negative effect on the disability. I guess they count on people not bothering to take it further for a low value item and then they keep the money.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The delivery was very fast, faster than advertised 😀. The items were well packaged & arrived in perfect condition. I had to contact the company and I had a response the same day. I am very confident in the company and quality, and placed 2 orders. Excellent durable quality items and well recognised by people. I do not need to be embarrassed now by people making comments about not wearing a mask. I am entitled to not wear a mask and the items from this company do their job.....excellent items which are of excellent quality, great price for the items you order and excellent company to deal with. 5*****
Maybe any negative reviews are due to this unprecedented situation we all find ourselves in. I would recommend to family and friends. Thank you x

Awful website.. Takes ages.. Then crashes.. Very poor service for someone who needs support and assistance.. Will go elsewhere.. Really poor.. Don't bother.

Ordered and paid it never came, I emailed and just got an online form to fill in.I did this 4 times without response. No tel no at all and now had to make a claim via PayPal. Very disappointing 😔

Order never came. No explanation.
