Ok so I was supporting this small brand for a while on instagram and then noticed they had been posting on tiktok, their videos looked sooo amazing and the products dazzling!. They were offering discounts which I thought was amazing since the products are on the pricier side so I deiced to place some orders (2 orders) I placed the first one end of August and I did notice it was a pre order so I was patient I later then placed a second order in September these items were not pre order. however, it came into September and I had no updates then October came and I got fed up so sent a number of messages which I did get a few responses to but It took a while to get a reply but I eventually did after I commented on insta posts, tiktok, emailed etc. Upon further inspection I noticed there was a lot of other people with missing parcels and long wait times the same as me. After a lot of patients and messaging I did eventually get my parcels however I would be very careful when purchasing.

I can’t believe they’re a SCAM company. :( Their tiktoks and Instagram videos are just so beautiful….

I paid for my order on the 1st of August. It said it would be shipped and have a tracking code the next week.
It’s now September and it still hasn’t happened.

I’ve emailed them three times, I’ve Instagram messaged them twice. Each time, I’ve been met with “What’s your order number? We’ll ship them next week!” …. And I reply with my order number, and they just leave me on ‘seen’.

Every time I comment under their Instagram photos asking them to please ship out the orders of the millions of people who are still waiting, they have the nerve to delete my comments.

Don’t buy from them please :( you’ll never get anything. It really sucks, I paid good money for these things. I’m so angry.

I made a purchase on February 1,2020 . I had been waiting for my order however I wanted to be patient because it is an indie brand. I decided to reach out on March 17,2020 and someone got back to me asking if I want a refund or my package and I said I want my package . She said she would send it right out. I reached out March 20th Then someone gets back and said they have a family emergency and will resolve my order in a wk . March 28th, April 2,7,12,16, june 6,20, I send out a message for a update and have been ghosted. I notice they started to post on social media recently so I sent a message several time and nothing. I send a message asking if they steal everyone’s money like they did mine? I put trust in their brand and. How they can just get away with all this is mind blowing . I am supporting their small indie brand and they steal from me . I went to YouTube and seen a video Maria Nastasi sharing her experience and they did the same to her. THIS NEEDS TO STOP! PLEASE BEWARE. Ps. I gave them the benefit of the doubt maybe they will give me my package now that there back and maybe they were going through something hard. This is just ridiculous and you should never treat your paying customers this way. I am going to seek legal action. I HAVE ALL EMAILS, RECEIPTS AND MESSAGES TO BACK MYSELF UP!!!!
