This company have fraudulently taken two payments a month out of my account since January. I have reported it to my bank!

Noticed my bank was £45 short, on looking closer, few days before, 1p had been taken out. I have never heard of this company. Contacted Hicartoon time, first I was told they do not do refunds, After several emails was then told I will get a refund, still waiting, this was 24th of Feb. What is going on, is bank accounts not safe, just want my money back.

Total scam. Don’t even know how I ended up with a subscription with this company. Had to cancel my credit card.

The support staff went out of their way to help with the unsubscribe and refund issues. They were consistent and dependable in terms of their quick and timely response to my emails.
